Manifest. As we sit in our space. Bringing our attention to our mind-breath-body-spirit we are able to realise our potential. It is at this moment that we can bring to our mind what we desire. As you visualise your desire, your dream, you are able to cultivate it. Put energy into it and with continuous thought on your desire, make it come to fruition. Believe.Trust.Know. Continue to believe. Continue to trust. Continue to know that your desire is here, it is here now.

Manifest.

You have the ability to manifest,

To manifest your dreams,

Your desires.

We will begin by sitting in a comfortable seat.

Feel your weight is balanced and rooting yourself down into the ground or on the cushion you are sitting on.

Extend and lengthen your spine,

Rolling your shoulders down your back to open your heart.

As you are ready,

Close your eyes and let your palms rest in your lap.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Feel your breath entering your body.

Feel your exhale.

Feel your belly expanding on your inhale.

Feel your belly contracting on your exhale.

Let each breath be full and rich.

Connect,

Connect to your breath.

As you breathe in,

Focus on what you have.

Bring your focus to your health.

Take a healing breath in,

Slowly exhale.

Bring your focus on your body.

Take a healing breath in,

Slowly exhale.

Bring your focus on what you have.

Breathe in,

Gratitude,

Slowly exhale.

Bring your focus on what you desire,

Your dream.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Bring your focus on an outcome you desire,

Your dream.

Bring your focus on an outcome you desire,
