It's me,
About to record another meditation and wanted to wrote one about Believe and I don't know if you're a Ted Lasso fan it's on Apple TV and I absolutely adore that show if you haven't watched it I highly recommend that you do and by no means is this an endorsement or being paid to promote the show but please do watch and it's more about life than it is about football or soccer.
Okay so believe.
So I think we are all very good at talking ourselves out of doing something.
Ourself belief is not as high as our belief in other people.
For some reason there's always a doubt within us when it comes to us in our ability to do something.
To believe in yourself is to believe in a source of all things and to believe in yourself is to believe in the wisdom that life has to offer.
And to believe in yourself is to believe in life,
In love and in the power that makes the sun shine each morning.
To believe in yourself is to surrender our fears,
Our doubts,
Worries and insecurities to a force that is bigger than ourselves and to allow life to take its natural course.
So as Ted Lasso would say,
I believe in hope,
I believe in believe.
So let's get started.
So this meditation is to improve your natural ability to relax and to strengthen your belief in yourself.
To increase your self-confidence with a mindset and with positive suggestions that will bring about a change in the way you believe in yourself.
So find that comfortable seat and as always that seat can be on the floor,
On a couch,
On a chair,
Your bed.
So just get yourself nice and comfortable.
Close your eyes.
Begin to bring your attention inward as you follow your breath in.
Let the heaviness of the body melt.
Let it be absorbed and supported by the ground.
Allowing the muscles in your face to relax.
As you begin to let go and allow the earth to support you.
I will count from 1 to 3.
Each count you will inhale and exhale.
Count 1.
Count 2.
Count 3.
Your breath will keep taking you deeper within yourself.
Each muscle is releasing tension.
As you relax on each exhale.
You are floating.
You are light.
Light as a feather.
And you are comforted by the wave of your breath as it gently washes over you.
Your breath is soothing.
It's calm.
It's rhythmic.
You are comforted as the wave of comfort washes over you.
Just like a warm blue ocean wave washes over a white sandy beach.
You're feeling the warmth of your breath within you.
Just like the sun rays warm the white sandy beach.
You're floating.
You're light.
You're making deep changes within you.
You may feel tingling in your fingertips as the energy flows through you.
Making you feel calm and comfortable.
Nothing really matters.
As you are deep within yourself,
Making positive changes.
You're changing your thoughts.
Your images.
Your truth.
Your trust in yourself deepens.
Your trust in your answers to your questions.
You trust the changes.
You continue to breathe deeply.
You are in a forest.
As you walk through this pine forest,
You're calm.
You see the shadows.
The bed of pine needles as you walk over them.
The tall pine trees reaching up to the sky.
You look up.
You're calm.
Relaxed.
You feel the sunlight.
You are at peace.
You're happy.
You absorb the scent of the trees as you inhale deeply.
You're protected.
Your subconscious takes you to safety.
To peace.
To calmness.
You are light.
You're light as a snowflake.
You're unique.
You are you.
You are light.
You're floating.
You are dreaming.
You're deep within yourself to deeper calmness.
To be at peace like you've never experienced.
This time is for you and your higher self.
You enjoy this state of calmness.
You let go completely.
Your mind is open to suggestions.
To everything I will say.
You will benefit.
You will be open.
You're becoming calmer every day.
Every day you're more at peace.
Every day you're more positive.
Every day you're more attentive.
Every day you are stronger.
Every day you're able to think clearly.
Every day you're able to give 100% of yourself to what you're doing.
Every day you will see things differently.
Every day you will have more energy.
Every day you will believe in yourself.
Every day you will love yourself more.
Every day you will have more confidence.
Every day you will have more trust in yourself.
The tasks and goals you may have set yourself will happen.
You will be open to challenge and will believe in yourself to meet them.
You will sleep deeply.
You will wake refreshed and be energetic.
You will face issues with positivity.
You will be able to express yourself with confidence.
You will be able to deal with life in a relaxed and calm way.
The more you relax,
You allow yourself to go deeper into your subconscious.
You have all the resources you need.
You will act on your intuition.
You will reach your higher self.
You will believe in yourself.
You release any negative thoughts into the river.
And let it float away.
You trust your deeper mind to come up with solutions.
You allow your thoughts to float away.
You know within yourself all the thoughts you wish to release.
That you can drift calmly,
Safely.
Believe in hope.
I believe in belief.
Begin to deepen your breath.
As you become aware of your surroundings.
Gently open your eyes.
