Welcome everyone,

Thank you for joining me today.

I'm going to do a simple,

Maybe a reset or a start to your day.

You may be just five minutes out just to regroup,

Reset your day,

Your mind and come back to yourself.

So today I'm looking to do a few affirmations.

So wherever you may be,

Just begin to come into that space,

Maybe sitting on a chair or sofa.

So make sure your legs are uncrossed and both feet are grounding you and just take time to settle in,

Closing your eyes and beginning to tune into your breath.

I will be my most authentic self.

I will welcome uncertainty.

I will not force,

Chase or beg.

I will live with ease.

I will welcome the unexpected.

I will think highly of myself.

I will embrace hard conversations.

I will be decisive.

I will listen to my body.

I will feel my emotions.

I will step outside my comfort zone.

I will make time for my friends and family.

I will visualize it.

I will speak it.

I will write it down.

I will take each step as it comes.

I inhale peace.

I exhale worry.

I inhale worth.

I exhale doubt.

I am open.

My heart is open.

I'm open to the potential each day holds.

I have all I need.

With each breath,

I am present.

I am confident.

I am worthy.

I learn from my mistake.

I will keep healing,

Keep growing,

Keep loving,

Keep moving forward.

I am connected to my higher self.

Take a deep breath in.
