Alright,
So just raise your arms to the top and pulling one arm over the other and just kind of get that stretch in.
Slight spine twist if you turn your head up,
Imagining a wall behind your body.
Bring back to center all the way up and the other way down.
Breathing in and out as you're doing these.
Raising your arms to the side.
Curving your spine,
Just kind of waking up your spine going in and out.
Cat and cow,
Vertebrae by vertebrae.
Get that fluid moving all the way from your neck.
Down to the bottom of your spine.
C shape,
U shape.
Go backwards,
Forward,
C.
Make sure you also roll your shoulders so that any soreness in your shoulders can be breathed into.
Holding your arms,
Maybe one behind your head.
The other one holding from the bottom or at the top.
Just pushing that elbow down and leaning backwards.
Breathing into it.
Another side.
Curve your body as you're doing this so that you get a bigger stretch.
And then do any of your favorite stretches just to get whatever kinks there are in your body out.
You may use the furniture or any creative way to breathe into anything tight.
Remember your legs as well.
You bend down,
Legs straight.
Just make sure in a posture that honors like the natural curvature of your body but at the same time making sure that it's safe.
And whenever you're ready put your palms above your thighs.
Sit at the edge of your chair or cross leg it,
Maybe on the floor.
And then also stacking one vertebrae above the other right on top of your butt.
Have a good feeling of ground and begin relaxing your entire body so you can begin breathing in and out really deeply all the way to the center of your stomach and below it and release everything that's in your world today.
Everything in the past.
Throw it back into the past.
With your deep breaths and everything in the future.
Breathe into those and let them flip to the future just like a stack of paper.
Allow yourself to start imagining blue and purple flames all around you in your bubble clearing away any miscellaneous items,
Any distractions or anything that resists.
Anything that doesn't really need to take up your mind space today.
Just let it energetically burn away.
Digesting and metabolizing everything in your field as you breathe in that blue and purple flame and really cleanse yourself imagining it going through and just burning away those thoughts forms.
However,
Also honoring the pieces that are about self-care.
The heart that rejuvenates you and that energizes you.
So all the things that are not related to that or any of your priorities,
Breathe into those and let them go.
Breathe in again.
And again.
Allowing yourself to really breathe these flames of fire into your system.
As it burns away not only what's in your vicinity right now but also all the times where procrastination or distraction or the feeling of not holding all the balls in the air has happened before.
Potential laziness or judgment of that laziness.
Just really breathe into that.
And let it go.
And let it go.
So identify if there's any tension,
Just breathe into that.
And release.
And I want you to imagine this globe of blue and yellow and white light so far up above you glowing magnificently.
Not only does this hold the highest version of you,
The most productive,
The most in flow version of you.
It also holds the version of you that has the most willpower and the most connection to a natural flow of balance.
Balancing all the things you need to do today in the highest most fluid way.
Allowing you to move and flow from thing to thing.
And identify what the most important thing within each category is.
I want you to breathe in and connect to that knowing.
The feeling of really just knowing so clearly what needs to be done in each category.
What's the most important that will move the needle?
You don't have to know specifically what it is,
Breathe in that sensation of knowing.
And as you breathe that in,
Imagine in your whole plate of things,
Things get organized based on that.
It may be visualizing a bunch of pieces of paper just organizing themselves in a pile and a couple piles with the first things on the top.
You don't have to know exactly what they are but just trust your unconscious mind.
And ask it to file itself.
And imagine that organization happen whether it's pieces of paper or pieces of items.
Just remember to get out of it and look at it from a third person.
Connect into your breath and breathe as you wash it.
Do its own filing.
If you come across anything that doesn't and isn't meant to be there,
Also allow it to float back in the past or the future.
Until you feel a sensation of more clarity.
So breathing in and out allowing that to happen on its own,
Trusting that it naturally takes advantage of all the brain power that already knows which one's priorities and which ones aren't.
And organize it that way.
And as you breathe in,
Let all the resistances or potential roadblocks or obstacles just go.
So breathing into that.
Any sensation that you want to run away from it or don't feel like doing it or need a break.
For the times where you don't actually need it,
Breathe into that.
And let it go.
And for the times that you actually do need it,
Breathe into that.
And acknowledge it for what it is.
Giving it the time frame in the box that you allow yourself to do so.
Releasing any guilt or any dissatisfaction that comes from a natural sensation that you need a change.
And pace or environment for that specific time.
Now as you breathe into the golden white light again,
Let all the senses go.
Let's breathe into the sensation of refocusing and the ability to bounce back to focus on to the most important tasks of the day.
This ability of whenever you notice you're off track,
You can just bounce back like a rubber band.
You can literally drop any train of thought or any train of unproductive activities whenever you want.
Without dragging,
Without getting more distracted in that rabbit hole.
So just breathe into that and allow yourself to feel the muscle of refocusing.
Like a little bit of alert to being like,
Hey,
Refocus Hong Kong.
And allow your body to listen to that.
At the same time,
I want you to connect to a deeper place within.
Where the root of procrastination or the root of distraction begins.
Allowing yourself to connect to that and see if there's things in there and ask yourself to show you if there are things in there that need to be released.
Or what does it mean when you are procrastinating?
And allow yourself to show you what that might mean for you.
What is it that you actually need?
Show me,
Ask yourself.
The feeling of avoidance or the feeling of procrastination or distraction.
Or times when you're not doing what you want to be doing.
Or you're allowing your needs to overcome your wants or vice versa.
When you go against your plans,
What are the struggles and emotions within?
So breathe into all of that as a group.
Without needing to know what they are,
Release them.
Guide them out from your body.
Especially if there's some sort of a pattern that are unuseful or that's unuseful for you at the moment.
So any and all unuseful patterns of behavior,
Your highest purpose.
Just allow yourself to breathe into all of those places and release it into the center of the earth or release it into the blue and purple flames.
As if you're having a vacuum cleaner across the rest of your day,
Suck up any and all possible unserving distractions.
Some distractions are good.
Some things tell you to shift perspectives,
Shift positions or shift activities.
But some of them are just plain avoidance.
So suck those parts out.
And breathe it onto the flame.
Allow yourself to take really big deep breath of the white and purple and gold and light.
Fill yourself up with this natural flow and acknowledging that when things do shift and when things do come up in your day,
It requires your attention for you to have that connection to a higher sort of vision.
Be able to discern whether or not this thing is worth shifting my attention to and doing it consciously by choice.
So imagine the part of you that is able to do that so flawlessly or so clearly and invite that part of you to really join your system today.
And let that expand in your body as you breathe in.
And the little thing is your carbon says remember in your brain to Keep breathing into any parts that you feel super tense.
Any part that you may not even notice that are holding on to pressure,
To maybe self-imposed expectations,
To the part that almost has the tipping point of rather do nothing than do something and not be able to complete it,
Or any parts that feel like you just want to be away from it all for a second.
Imagine yourself facing all the things or the most important thing in each category.
Invite let's say category one.
You don't have to know exactly what it is,
But if you do,
That's great.
So invite the most important thing in that category.
It could be metaphorical,
It could be very solid,
Whatever that is for you.
Imagine yourself tackling it right through with however you do it in the way that you enjoy doing it.
So invite the most important thing in that category.
Imagine what it feels like in your body when you successfully finished the most important thing that moves the needle forward for this category.
And giving yourself that strength and that insight to do that.
Imagine all the other categories that you're working through and that you have to do.
The most important thing emerging from all of them as well,
As if there's like three or four or however many balls,
And the most important thing merges to the top.
You don't need to know what that is.
Just know that they do.
And you want to walk through all of them while breathing in deeply and acknowledging all that it means to complete them.
That's the most important one,
That 80-20 rule.
And noticing when other things come in the way,
Other distractions or whatever it is,
Or tension or other emotions,
How you're able to navigate through them just like a ninja or a martial artist energetically navigating.
Or even allowing yourself a time in the day for all of these activities that you want to do to be placed in.
So sucking up all the distractions and placing them in one spot so you can just park.
Breathe into the tension.
Stretch it out.
And I want you to ask this part of you what else you need today to make this an incredibly organized,
Incredibly fulfilling,
Incredibly supportive day for you and all the things that you are involved in and manage and want to see grow.
And whatever that is,
Connect to that golden white light and just download.
Let that fly into your world.
Vibration by vibration,
Breath by breath.
Combing through the air and into your body.
Breathing and releasing at the same time,
All that doesn't resonate.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Breathing in all the kind of support that you will need surrounding you.
The feeling of a 10 out of 10 desired outcome when you already are that,
You've already done that.
Almost like a washing sensation that you're cleansing.
All sluggish parts of you just kind of shake all of those other lingering things that you need to let go of out.
And really acknowledge the space that you're in noticing how it feels.
It might be a gentler,
More subtle feeling.
The deeper sense of groundedness maybe.
And allow that bubble to expand as you breathe in and out around you like a big dense but focused bubble.
No any sounds to encourage more of this bubble to be growing.
Allowing the sounds to wash in.
Then expand it throughout the entire city.
That sensation of complete washing.
Breathing in what you feel like when you're 20 out of 10 and then expand that throughout the entire country.
Now letting go of all beliefs that block you from this feeling to expand even more.
Release it into the entire globe.
And now breathing into this feeling again and expand it to the entire solar system.
Allow yourself to really just expand as you breathe into this expanded feeling.
Release it into the concept of infinity.
Letting it comb through to you,
Expand to you.
Completely clear and open and allowing yourself to flow from task to task,
Flow from item to item.
Always doing the most important one.
And most importantly being able to return back to the goals and the visions that you held and hold.
Releasing any leftover resistances.
May not be anymore,
But if there are,
Do it.
Take deep breath one last time.
Just one more.
And then the last,
Last one.
Breathing in the full sensation of your desired outcome.
Watch yourself do it.
And come back to the present.
As you slowly come back to the room,
Allow yourself to really integrate and allow your body to just kind of wake up by doing little movements.
And have that knowing inside.
That the wheels are in motion and the progress has begun.
And that the journey begins here and continues here.
