
16 Minute Morning Practice For A Positive Stress Free Day (Shamanic Journey)

First thing in the morning, or when you have a break: welcome positivity in and release any negativity that is in your system. Get connected to your YUMMY vision and feel fully available for motivation, encouragement and have an aligned day. This practice will ground and center you in the yummiest state possible. This is an updated studio version.
Transcript
Yummy morning meditations.
Get into a comfortable position,
Whether that is seated or on your bed,
Lying down or kneeling.
And begin adjusting your knees and your thighs and your butt and your wrists and your arms in a position that you feel most relaxed in and also has your support.
Slip a cushion under your butt if you can or something to elevate it if you're seated.
Palms facing upwards on your knees or in the between your thighs and start breathing in and out and in and out.
Taking your first deep long breath.
And release and do it again.
Allowing yourself and your body and your mind to start calming down.
Releasing any tensions from the moments before,
The week and the month before and removing any and all blocks from the past.
Breathing into that.
Release whatever it is that you can release in your out breath.
Breathing in again.
Allowing yourself to breathe in as much air as you can.
And continuously breathing in and out long deep breaths.
Imagine a golden white light above your head.
This is the light of your unique focus.
This light contains all the courage,
All the motivation and all the energy and the calmness and the yumminess that you can possibly feel.
Breathe into that.
Allowing yourself to fully allow that to fill your body with each in and out breath.
Breathe in.
Imagine this breath as a golden white light coming into your body and expanding to every single cell.
Allowing yourself to really let go of anything that does not feel good,
That feels tense.
Any thoughts and ideas that are in your head.
Let them glow in an imaginary blue and purple fire that begins to burn within you now.
Throw it into the fire in your next breath.
Give it to this breath and this fire of cleansing,
This fire of transmutation and this fire of complete burn.
Breathe in.
Allowing yourself to also imagine a big white root beneath your butt and allowing yourself to leave and expel and let go of whatever tensions there are in your body.
Whatever people you want to let go of,
Whatever ideas and whatever things,
Stresses,
Issues,
Things that are conflict driven,
Things that are not what you want.
Breathe into those.
And let it go to the center of the earth.
Let the tension and the stresses leave your body in your next breath.
Allowing yourself to truly let go and imagine big white flames burning away any past patterns of behavior that may limit you today.
Allow yourself to call forth whatever it is that you need to let go right now for this day and breathe into that.
And again,
Invite anything in your life that jeopardizes your confidence.
Any part of you that doubts what you can do,
Any part of you that feels overwhelmed,
Any part of you that feels stuck,
Any part of you that feels frustrated,
Lonely,
Anxiety,
Any part of you that feels alone in this.
Breathe into that and release it.
And again.
Now I want you to connect with any part of your body that feels tense.
And allow your exhale to release that tension.
Breathe into the tension in your body.
Put your attention on those tensions.
Breathing in.
And release.
Again.
Think about the burdens,
The responsibilities,
The parts of you that feel like you're caring more than you need to.
The parts of you that feel like you can't do this.
The parts of you that just can't get away from what you want or need to be doing.
Any parts of you that are procrastinating due to fear,
Due to worry,
Due to performance anxiety.
Breathe into that.
And let it go.
Again.
Now I want you to notice if there's any other parts of you that are holding you back from creating a confident,
A wonderful,
A smooth and focused day.
Is it the fear of not knowing where to start?
Is it the fear of doing something wrong?
Is it the fear of starting something new?
Is it the fear of unknown?
Is it the fear of failure?
The fear of judgment?
The pressure,
Self pressure,
External pressure that is being put onto you.
Whatever that is,
Allow that to show itself to you in your next breath.
Breathe in.
And again.
Allow yourself to really release everything that is stopping you from having an excellent yummy day today.
Breathe in.
Now I want you to imagine the feeling that you have when you are in a hundred percent flow state with yourself.
The part of you that knows how to feel amazing as you execute and go about your day one task after the other in perfect flow,
Perfect solutions,
Perfect creativity,
In perfect mood and state of mind.
Breathe into that and imagine that feeling infiltrate every single cell of your body.
So I want you to lift your head up and receive this golden white light of waterfall showers going and spraying and just overwhelming you and falling onto your forehead and down your head.
And as you breathe in and receive that divine flow that sends of ultimate and intimate and unlimited energy as it trickles down into your face,
Into the back of your neck.
And as you exhale,
Allow that to go down your shoulders and your spine.
Breathe into that infinite source of energy,
Motivation and focus again.
And relax.
Feel every single cell in your body,
Your wrists,
Your hands relaxed.
Breathe in.
Allowing yourself to feel the yummiest juices that you could feel in this moment in time and breathe that into your belly and allow that energy to expand in your body.
Breathe in.
Breathe in.
Good.
Now continue breathing in and out,
Connecting to the sensations of confidence,
Connecting to the sensation of how you feel when you are successful.
What is the feeling of success for you?
What is the definition and the emotion and the physical sensation when you feel successful?
Breathe into that,
Closing your eyes,
Relaxed and breathe in.
Allowing yourself to tune in to that inner feeling of success inside of you.
As you take your next breath,
I want you to really connect with what success feels like for you today.
How does that feel in every cell of your body?
So breathe into the sensation of your successful day today.
Breathe in.
And your next breath,
I want you to sprinkle the sensation of your definition of success into your entire day today.
Is it a focused feeling?
Is it a feeling of confidence?
Is it a feeling of motivation?
Is it a feeling of ambition executed?
Is it a feeling of joy,
Calmness?
Or is it a feeling of being badass?
Whatever that is for you,
That sensation of success,
Breathe into that right now.
And with every out breath,
Let it spread in your body and again.
Allowing yourself to coat,
Your to-do list to coat the rest of your day with the sensation of your yummy self.
Breathing in to the area below your belly,
Putting your palm on it and breathe into the second chakra or the sacral as you activate your creativity.
Your infinite flow,
Energy and joy.
Breathe in.
And let that whole body relax right now.
You are successful however way you want to be.
Success is a mere feeling that you feel about yourself.
You don't need to see the results before you feel confident.
Confidence comes first.
So breathe in to the sensation of true and aligned yummy confidence that originates from your heart,
That originates from your soul,
That originates from you knowing that you can trust yourself.
To create the sensations and the emotions that you require to execute,
To be who you want to be.
So breathe in and allow that infinite sense of confidence that you have always had access to,
To receive and to come into your breath and into your body.
So breathe in to that.
And again,
Deep long breaths.
Now,
Coming back to the present moment,
Holding the sensation of confidence,
The sensation of natural abundance,
Natural enthusiasm and natural flow.
