Welcome,
Welcome to this peace and stillness meditation that's hopefully going to bring you a little bit more peace and stillness.
And before we begin I just really want to encourage you to share your thoughts,
Reach out to me on Instagram or on here,
On Instagram I'm with.
Paulina and yeah I love to connect with you,
I love to connect with everybody that participates and this is the only thing I feel I lack from this platform is just to be able to connect with you a little bit deeper.
So let's get right to it,
Get yourself seated nice and comfy.
Today we'll be exploring peace and stillness,
Knowing that life unfolds according to a perfect divine plan without pushing,
Forcing or rushing our journeys and dreams as that can create friction and resistance to the magic,
Magic unfolding at every minute,
Every moment,
Every minute.
Things need time,
You need time,
Things need deep nourishment to grow and flourish.
When we rush through life constantly striving to reach a destination,
Working ourselves to exhaustion and barely slowing down enough to listen to our needs,
We miss out on witnessing the beauty of it all.
So slow down,
Be patient and trust your path,
Because when you let go a stronger current of creative momentum will flow,
We've been programmed to believe that our value comes from doing,
Not being,
When being is the most powerful gift we can offer ourselves as we grow through life.
So let go right now,
Let go of your need for things to happen in a certain way,
Stillness creates more receptivity for the things we desire to come into our lives,
Just take a break and simply enjoy this moment,
Celebrate where you are now,
Celebrate who you are now,
The future will be there when you're ready but there's nothing more important than the present.
So I invite you to,
If you haven't already,
Close your eyes,
Just listen to your breath,
Tune into your breath,
Notice it's rhythm as it flows in and out in such a perfect harmony,
Stillness and the breath,
Stillness and the breath,
Sing with your sacred breath as long as possible right now and continue to come back,
Come back to the breath if your mind starts to wander,
Stay focused,
Stay still,
Stay silent,
Observe,
Observe the peace and surrender that your breath provides and enjoy,
Enjoy this presence of peace,
If it's difficult for you to be still for long,
Just return to this practice every day for the next week and notice how you feel each time,
Stay focused,
Stay still,
Stay silent,
Observe the peace,
Stay focused,
Stay still,
Stay silent,
Observe the peace,
Allow this sacred pause to reveal to you the beauty of the present moment,
The beauty of slowing down,
Stay still,
Stay focused,
Stay silent,
Observe the peace,
Come back to the breath if your mind starts to wander,
Enjoy this sacred pause,
This present moment,
The beauty of being,
Not doing,
The beauty of slowing down,
Invite in some of these little pauses,
This moment of stillness,
Sacred space during your day for a moment or two and as we come to the end of our meditation together,
Know that nothing truly ends as this stays with you forever,
In your own time very slowly and gently invite some deeper breaths and gentle subtle movements into the body,
Stretch,
Maybe yawn and welcome back the beautiful day,
Thank you.
