You're going to close your eyes.
Make yourself comfortable.
Start the process of settling in and settling down.
And I invite you to become aware of your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Noticing the sounds around you and yet also realizing that this is your moment for stillness.
And peace.
And quiet.
And no matter what's happening in the outside world,
You can turn your attention inward.
And focus in on something peaceful inside.
I'd like to invite you to imagine an image that represents peace to you right now.
On your head when you've found something.
And focus in on that image with your inner eye.
And let the peace from that image move through you.
Wash through you.
And release and relax and let go.
Letting the peace flow into the mind and flow into the heart.
Letting the knots unwind from the body.
Releasing the tension.
Releasing the tightness.
And then release the tension from the mind.
Like you're untying a knot from the mind.
And I even give you permission to close the inner eye consciously for a little while.
And again noticing there's sounds around us but knowing that you're safe in here.
Right now.
Right here.
And now just imagine a little window right at the top of your head.
Just right at the crown of the head.
A little window that lets in healing.
And imagine a healing light.
The color,
The vibration.
Yeah.
And let the light flow into the body.
And flow into the mind.
Letting the mind surround itself with healing light.
Like the brain itself is being cradled softly by a loving mother rocking the infant to sleep.
The healing light surrounding the heart.
Like a shield of healing.
Like the poetry in peace.
The healing light being painted around the organs and the intestines.
Like a healing balm that brings peace and stillness and quiet.
And let all of the anger and all of the sadness drain out of the body.
Flowing out of the tips of the fingers.
Flowing out of the toes.
Releasing and believing you with peace.
And remember,
You deserve peace.
You can take the high road.
You are beautiful inside and out.
You deserve to be happy.
And you deserve peace,
Don't you?
Bring your awareness into your breath.
And as you breathe in and out.
Remember happiness.
And let yourself dial up the happiness.
More and more.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Bring your awareness and attention to the outside world holding on to the peace that you're feeling.
Hold on to the peace as long as you need it.
