Go ahead and see if you can double your relaxation before the hypnosis starts.

Just settling your body into a more comfortable posture.

Perhaps slowing your breathing down.

Giving permission to each of the internal organs to relax and to let go.

Start by focusing in on the eyes and let the eyes relax.

Bring your awareness down to the jaw.

Noticing the state of the jaw.

And then let the jaw relax.

Let the jaw actually hang down.

Relaxing the jaw another 20%.

And then another 20%.

Bring the tongue from the tip of the tongue to the back of the tongue.

Letting the muscles of the neck rest and relax.

And calm and still.

Let the shoulders sink down.

And pay attention to both the right and the left arm.

Notice the arms feel just a little bit different one from the other.

And notice the right and the left leg.

Do the legs feel the same or do they feel different?

Take relaxation into the comfortable arm and then the comfortable leg.

Noticing how the legs respond to intentional relaxation.

Keep stillness.

Peace.

Any sounds around you are normal everyday sounds.

You can respond to the words of my voice.

Draw your attention to the muscles of the abdomen.

Notice the small movements of the abdomen.

Slight the abdomen to become soft with relaxation.

And especially the lower abdomen.

And every fiber of the abdomen becoming relaxed.

Imagine the large and small intestine.

Visualize them in your mind.

Use your finger when you can imagine the large and small intestine.

Imagine a healing or relaxing light flowing into the intestines.

Surrounding the intestines.

With healing light.

Peace.

Raise your finger when you start to feel the healing light and peace enter the abdomen and the intestines.

Letting the organs and intestines rest and relax deeply,

Profoundly,

Completely.

Raising your finger when you begin to feel that in a wonderful way.

You can invite that feeling to expand and grow.

Now notice the heart.

Allow your subconscious mind to imagine an image that represents the heart.

Raise your finger when you imagine the heart.

Just imagine a relaxing color surrounding the heart.

Making the heart to be completely filled with light.

Imagine as the light works its way down into the chambers of the heart.

The heart also realizes its time to rest so it can comfortably slow down.

And still and quiet.

Raise your yes finger if you've ever floated in a really salty body of water like the ocean.

Just a salt water pool where the body was buoyant.

Imagine water.

The exact temperature of the body maybe just a little bit warmer.

A comfortable warmth.

Notice where you begin to feel the warmth first.

Do you feel the warmth in the extremities like the arms or the legs?

Or do you feel the warmth cradling the back of the head?

You can feel the gentle edge of the water on the side of the body.

Or around the side of the face.

Allowing this gentle warmth to enter the body.

To relax the body.

You can allow this awareness to grow.

Buoyant.

Almost like the water is cradling you.

Brings you with warmth,

Comfort,

Security,

Well-being.

The body is buoyant.

Because the body is buoyant and supported,

The mind can begin to float.

Floating this way and that way.

You're in a safe place.

And it's a safe time.

To close your eyes,

Your inner eyes.

The inner eyes of the conscious mind.

And notice the velvety darkness behind the eyes.

Comfortable.

Kind of darkness that says it's time to rest.

The body can actually become so relaxed there.

Supported.

Floating.

And buoyant in the water.

That it's like the body itself begins to dissolve.

Maybe the fingers first or maybe the toes or the feet.

Maybe it's a sense of right and left.

The sense of up and down is dissolving.

Your consciousness floating.

Now inviting your consciousness to double in relaxation.

Having a deep kind of relaxation.

Settling in to the mind.

The consciousness.

The deep inner being.

And while the body is safe.

Consciousness can drift to another place.

To a place in between places.

Place in between spaces.

Place that's neither right nor left.

Up nor down.

In nor out.

Place in in between space.

It's a dreaming space.

It's a peaceful space.

It's a place in the middle of nowhere.

You can be comfortable.

A place in the middle of nowhere.

You can deeply relax.

Place you can know.

There's no space.

A place you can know.

There's no time.

And you can know.

No space.

No time.

In the middle of nowhere.

You're comfortable.

In the middle of nowhere.

More comfortable than you've ever been.

A drop of water begins to form on the edge of the leaf.

Time slows down.

You can actually become aware of the formation of that drop of water.

As it grows,

It expands.

The sun begins to shine.

You can actually sense the plant upon which the leaf gently sits,

Turning to face the warm sun.

A gentle leaning towards the light and the warmth.

Seeking Nareshman.

Seeking light and warmth.

The sun begins to shine on that leaf.

I'm not sure if you can sense the warmth on the leaf or the slow movement of moisture inside,

Bringing life,

Nareshman,

And vitality.

Blowing through the leaf.

The water drop begins to evaporate.

Perhaps claimed by the sun.

Perhaps claimed by the leaf.

It just disappears.

It dissolves.

Where does it go?

It goes in the middle of nowhere.

Claimed by nothing.

It's gone.

If you sit very still,

You can observe things changing.

Sitting by the bank of a river.

Watching the water flowing.

Turns of movement in the water.

Yet each droplet of water travels its own path.

Winding its way around this rock and that rock.

Winding its way between this stick and that bank.

Swirling and twirling in an eddy.

Then gently waving at the other droplets of water outside of the eddy working their way downstream.

Moving along.

Finding a deeper place.

Place where the water almost stops because it's so deep.

Rest comes to a perfect rest.

Even the grass at the bottom becomes perfectly still.

The water is that calm.

Imperceptibly moving.

Perfect calm and stillness.

Coming to a deep rest.

The water becomes so still.

It forgets that it was ever moving.

Time slows down.

Stretches out.

It seems as if this rest goes on and on and on and on forever.

An eternity of rest and peace.

It seems that even the atoms inside the molecule of water,

The electrons seem to slow down.

As time becomes comfortably still.

As time comfortably slows down.

Feeling still.

Comfortable.

Almost like someone had a thermostat.

This thermostat controls the level of comfort in the body and the mind.

Please edge that up.

About 50%.

Telling the body that it's safe now to rest.

Telling the body it's safe now to let go.

Telling the body be comfortable.

Be well.

Be calm.

And somewhere,

Wherever that body was,

That body becomes comfortable and calm.

And seems to settle down and rest.

Arvelous rest.

If the body is at perfect peace,

Give it permission now to rest a while longer.

To deepen the rest.

To become more relaxed.

Perhaps to drift into a deep,

Relaxing sleep.

A much needed break.

Where the body and mind can reset.

Can become calm and still.

Sleeping deeply.

Graciously resting.

Peacefully slumbering.

Restoring.

Healing.

Peace.
