Let's start with our three cleansing breaths at your own pace.

And our three Vahs breaths at your own pace.

Just inhaling fully.

Holding.

And releasing.

With both eyes open.

Come down from the thinking mind into the feeling body.

As if the mind were a handful of salt and your body a vase of warm water.

Releasing the mind into the body like that salt tossed into warm water.

All over.

All over body awareness.

All over body awareness.

All over body awareness.

All over body awareness.

All over body awareness.

Now notice the weight of this body on the cushion or chair.

Its stability.

Its natural groundedness.

Especially let your attention descend and rest.

Where your body comes into contact with the earth.

The surface below you.

Where your seat meets the cushion.

Where your legs meet the chair.

Where your feet meet the floor.

Just resting there with that simple feeling.

Grounded and stable.

All over body awareness.

All over body awareness.

And sometimes you will notice your attention wandering off.

You lose the focus.

And as you notice,

Allow attention to be drawn naturally back to the weight of the body.

The pull of the earth.

As if attention had gravity.

And it's drawn back down to the place where body meets earth.
