This guided meditation is intended to support and inspire you to set intentions for your highest and best good.
So just get into your favorite meditation position.
Just starting,
Get yourself comfortable,
And place your palms in your lap.
Let yourself start to relax as you gently close your eyes.
And pay close attention to your breath.
Noticing the sensations,
Sensations of the breath entering your body.
And then exiting your body.
And on your next inhale let your breath be extra deep and long.
Feeling your stomach expand.
Feeling your lungs completely and holding it gently at the top.
And when you're ready let it go with a sigh.
Notice how you sink in a wee bit more deeply.
A bit more deeply to the moment when you do this.
Repeat this two more times,
Taking two deep breaths at your own pace.
Repeat two more times,
Taking two deep breaths at your own pace and holding them gently at the top before releasing with a sigh.
This is your time.
This is your time to connect to who you really are.
To be present with your body,
Your heart,
And your mind.
At the end of your second long slow deep breath,
Just return to a regular pace of breathing.
Your natural rate.
And notice how you're more centered,
More in the moment.
More connected to the physical sensations within your body.
And throughout the time of this meditation,
If your mind wanders,
Know that that's perfectly okay.
Don't judge yourself when this happens.
Just return your awareness back to the sound of my voice.
The sound of the music.
And your breath.
In this moment,
We prepare our bodies,
Our hearts,
And our mind.
For setting an intention for our highest,
Most loving good.
Intention setting is a powerful tool.
When we set an intention,
We connect ourselves to the energy of the desired outcome.
The more we focus on the energy behind this desired outcome,
The easier it is to welcome it into our lives.
Just take a moment to tune into what you're setting your intention for.
And once you have that in mind,
Let yourself fill in the rest of this sentence.
The way I desire to feel around this intention is,
Just focus on the feeling of the intention.

You may not have words for the feeling.
The point is,
Is that this moment,
It's about you focusing on the emotion.
The emotion behind your intention.
So often we're tempted to focus on things like goals and tasks associated with our intention.
But really,
It's the emotion that guides you.
Just creating some space and time to really feel that emotion.
That emotion are those emotions.
When you gift yourself with creating this time to feel the emotion of already having your intention happen,
You become an effortless magnet,
Attracting the perfect opportunities,
Situations and people.
Allowing your intention to have that moment in your life.
Now take the feeling of your intention already being accomplished,
Already being achieved.
Take that feeling with you as you start to feel the intention of already having your intention.
Already being accomplished,
Already being achieved.
Take that feeling with you as you start to bring your awareness back to the room around you,
Back to where you're sitting.
Pay attention to your feet and your hands.
And then when you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes,
Still feeling the emotions of you creating and achieving your intention.
