Hello my dear,
This guided meditation is intended to help you embrace,
Accept and navigate change in your unique and best way.
Just getting yourself settled,
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose and gently release it through your mouth,
Allowing yourself to settle into this present moment.
Feel the support of the surface beneath you,
Grounding you,
Anchoring you into this space of safety,
Calmness and stillness.
This time is for you,
A sacred space to connect with your inner wisdom and open yourself to the natural rhythm and flow of change.
Now begin by imagining roots extending from the soles of your feet,
Travelling deep down into the air.
These roots anchor you in stability and strength,
Regardless of what storms may come.
Feel the nurturing energy of the earth rising up through these roots,
Filling your body with a sense of calmness,
Peace and tranquility.
And now I invite you to shift your awareness to your breath.
With every inhale,
You draw in the energy of acceptance.
With every exhale,
You release resistance,
Fear or hesitation.
Breathing in.
Breathing in acceptance.
Breathing out,
Releasing resistance,
Fear or hesitation.
Change is a natural part of life,
It's a flow,
A rhythm,
A dance.
With each inhale,
Affirm to yourself,
I am safe.
I am supported.
I trust the process of change.
And as you exhale,
Let go of old stories,
Attachments or beliefs that no longer serve you.
Let them just drift away,
Like leaves carried by the wind.

Now I invite you to imagine yourself standing on a path,
Surrounded by nature.
The air is fresh,
And the sunlight gently warms your face.
Ahead of you,
The path winds and bends,
Symbolizing the journey of change.
As you step forward,
Feel the earth beneath your feet,
And trust in the unfolding of this journey.
Notice how the path feels alive,
How it welcomes your every step.
If any feelings of doubt or fear or anxiety arise,
Just acknowledge them with compassion.
Place your hand over your heart and say to yourself,
I honour this feeling,
But it does not define me.
I release fear and choose trust.
And now gently bring your awareness to your heart centre,
The space of your inner wisdom.
Visualize a soft,
Glowing light radiating from within.
This light is your intuition,
Your guide.
It holds all of the answers you seek.
Ask yourself.
Ask yourself silently,
What lessons or opportunity does this change bring me?
And ask yourself,
What is my next aligned step?
Just trust the first feeling,
Thought or image that comes to you.
Even if it feels small or unclear,
Know it holds the wisdom you need for now.
Now I invite you to repeat the following affirmations in your mind.

And as you exhale,

So when you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to where you are.
So wiggle your fingers and your toes a wee bit.
Feeling fully present in your body.
And when you open your eyes,
I encourage you to carry this sense of trust and alignment with you into the rest of your day or your night.
