Hi my friend,

You might feel a little bit tired,

Stressed or overwhelmed,

So let's take a mindful pause and come into the first step,

Be aware of your present moment,

Maybe the external environment,

Any sounds you might notice,

And also inside you,

Any body sensations,

Maybe face,

Shoulders,

Hands,

And any thoughts inside you,

Many memories,

Even worries,

And emotions,

Mood,

What do you feel now?

So now let's move to the second step,

Narrowing your attention to the anchor,

Choosing an anchor,

And savoring the sensations,

Whatever the mind starts to wander,

Bring your attention back to the anchor,

And whenever you feel ready,

Expanding your awareness to the whole body again,

Feeling the body posture,

Gathering the whole sensations of this body,

And you may want to continue to expand your awareness to the environment around you,

The sounds,

And see if it's okay to bring this sense of openness,

Spaciousness to the next moment of your day,

Whatever you will do,

Taking care,
