Hi my friends and we will explore how to take care of our body.
You know our body works so hard for us every day 24 hours and we often take it for granted until something goes wrong like sore back,
Stiff neck or other body pain and there are two different ways to look after our bodies.
In our daily life we can do more exercise and keep our bodies active and healthy and we can go to nature and let our bodies rest and relax in its true home.
Warm tea,
Healthy fruits,
Good breakfast,
Enough sleep.
There are always many many small things that can nourish our bodies and also formally we can scan the body and become aware of its discomfort,
Pain,
Tightness so we are able to take some actions and to look after it.
So my friends now I'm inviting you to scan your body with care and compassion and whenever you are ready gently closing your eyes or lowering your gaze if it's better.
What does your body feel now?
If it's night your body may feel tired,
Exhausted.
If it's morning you may feel energetic,
A sense of freshness.
Feeling your whole body from top of your head out to the fingertips and all the way down to your toes.
Your whole body becomes the one sitting,
Lying here and breathing.
Now whenever you are ready my friend bring your attention to your feet and softening your feet and letting go of any squeeze and sensations like your toes and then moving to your legs,
Your lower legs,
Knees and thighs.
If you notice any pain,
Hurt,
You might use your breath breathing into this discomfort and when you breathe out let it go.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Now whenever you are ready moving to your whole back,
Your upper back and also lower back.
If you like sitting or you have to sit in the office and you might feel some back pain like your lower back or tension on your back,
Tightness.
So just bring your breath into this back Breathing in,
Feeling your breath flow your back,
Your whole back opening to its discomfort and when you breathe out just let it go.
Letting pain go,
Letting tension tightness go.
Breathing in and breathing out and moving to your shoulders letting go of any holding sensations.
If you are holding your shoulders very tightly,
Just softening,
Relaxing,
Dropping down and moving to your hands releasing,
Releasing,
Squeezing sensations,
Tension,
Opening your hands,
Feeling their softness and then moving to your neck,
Softening your neck.
If you feel discomfort,
You might just breathe into this discomfort,
The pain and when you breathe out,
Let it go.
Breathing in and breathing out and whenever you are ready let's move to the top of our body,
The head.
Any sensations on your face,
Facial expressions,
Softening your forehead,
Eyes,
Nose,
Mouth and to your ears and whenever you are ready,
My friends,
Expanding your attention to your whole body again.
Feeling the whole body and always remembering to look after your body,
Your each part of your body in your daily life.
Whenever you are ready,
Open your eyes.
