Let's get started by taking a big deep breath in,
Exhaling slowly letting it go,
And allowing your body to sink deep into the earth.
Another deep inhale in,
And this time as you exhale,
Imagine this bright white light begins to glow in the center of your chest,
Calling forward your heart center,
Your portal to the other realm.
Slowly inhaling again,
Exhaling and allowing that bright white light to expand.
Watch as it begins to encompass your entire body,
The entire space.
Send that light as far out as you can.
Now imagine that light begins to lift you off the ground,
Feel yourself floating a weightlessness as it takes you away from all of your attachments.
Starting in this white light,
Suddenly a veil appears before you,
A veil to the other realm,
The sacred space that lives inside of you.
Take your hand,
Slide it across that veil,
And find yourself stepping out in a clearing in a forest.
Feel the cool earth on your feet,
The grass between your toes.
As you look around,
Your landscape begins to appear.
You're surrounded by giant ancient trees,
Tilting your head up to the sky,
You see that blue sky,
The beautiful sun,
The tops of the trees,
Seem to almost touch it.
Your favorite plants and flowers appear around you.
Feel the safety and ease here,
This space is solely yours.
And out of the forest,
A helping spirit animal comes to meet you,
Making their way beside you.
And maybe this is an animal you've always felt attached to,
Maybe it's something different,
Maybe you're surprised,
Maybe you have more than one.
Just allow whatever to appear to appear.
Trust its message.
And tonight we're going on a journey,
A journey of release,
And a journey of remembering.
I want you to begin to imagine,
To remember the first time you ever had awareness around your physical body.
And that awareness,
That moment that we have,
Where we begin to maybe judge,
Criticize,
Or compare.
In the field I want you to call yourself forward as a younger woman,
Bring yourself back to that time when you first began a relationship with your physical body.
Is there a moment where you abandoned her,
Where judgment or criticism began?
Tuning into this idea without judgment for yourself,
This is just an exploration.
What does the physical body mean to you?
What is its purpose?
What do you know in your heart to be true about the purpose of your physical container?
Allow the other thoughts and beliefs and agreements to swirl around what you've been told your physical body is meant for.
Now I want you to allow these images to appear in the field as energy,
Or maybe you see specific timelines in your life or stories or movies.
Ask your heart what it needs to see in order to shift.
What do I believe about wellness in the physical body?
What do I not agree with but I continue to tell myself over and over again?
These agreements can be about the way the body looks,
The way the body is able to move,
How I should take care of my body,
Pressure,
Food,
Movement.
What agreements and beliefs do I have around those things that are limiting?
Do I punish myself when I eat certain things?
Do I tell myself it doesn't count if I don't work out in a certain way or for a certain time?
And suddenly you notice in the corner of your eye this beautiful blue flame comes out of the forest touching down,
Only lighting up this one little spot in the clearing.
Inside of that flame a beautiful ethereal guide appears,
The guide of fire.
She's here to help you burn.
I want you to send any beliefs in that fire that no longer serve you when it comes to the way you feel about your physical body,
The idea of wellness and what it means.
And just begin to send them all into the flames.
Release yourself.
A ritual of setting this intent.
Letting everything go.
As you begin to release these things,
I want you to allow yourself to think about other beliefs you have around the wellness of your mind and the wellness of your spirit.
When you think about what it means to be healthy in your life or what people have told you what it means to live a spiritual life or what people or the world or agreements or just anything that you've made around the health of your mind and how you're supposed to think and feel all the time.
Maybe you see these in little stories,
Little movies of past moments in your life where you made an agreement with someone and you use that agreement to judge yourself,
To domesticate yourself,
To keep yourself in some kind of line when it comes to your wellness.
Just send everything into the fire.
Two people in each their life.
All is well for you.
Standing there,
Allowing that blue light to consume all of these ideas and beliefs that don't serve you.
You find yourself staring up at that moon,
That beautiful full moon.
Down at your feet you start to feel this light pounding.
The heartbeat of the great mother.
A swirl of light from below at your feet.
A swirl of light from above from the moon begins to embrace you in this cocoon.
What does wellness mean to me?
Do I even like that word?
Do I want to change it?
How can I honor my body,
My mind and my spirit?
Feel,
Hear,
Self love,
Acceptance,
Curiosity,
Openness and freedom.
How does your body desire to be loved by you?
Feel yourself in that warm light.
And set an intention here.
An intention for your body,
Your mind,
Your spirit.
Maybe just one you're really feeling called to tonight.
Or just overall.
Think of a word,
Keep it very simple.
What is my intent?
How can I move in my life from a place of this intent?
How can I say yes and no to things that align with my intent?
Taking one last big deep inhale in as you exhale.
Take another look around at your surroundings.
The blue flame.
You know you can return to this fire at any time.
Thanking your helping spirit animal for joining you on this journey.
Thanking the full moon.
The great mother.
Bringing your intent back with you.
Take one last deep breath into the heart.
Still letting it go.
Coming back into your body,
Back into the space.
Opening your eyes when you're ready.
