This form of meditation provides a structured framework for you to follow,

Allowing you to let go of distractions and enter a state of deep relaxation.

In poetic guided meditation,

As a guide,

I will use carefully crafted poetic language to create vivid and evocative imagery.

Words are chosen to engage the senses,

Evoke emotions,

And stimulate the imagination.

May my voice,

Tone,

And rhythm of speech be melodic and soothing,

Enhancing this meditative experience.

I invite you to find a calm,

Quiet space for a moment of pause,

Connection to breath,

Connection to you,

Mind,

And body.

Feel your sit bones or your whole body resting into the earth.

Let the earth take all of your weight.

Find your breath,

Becoming aware of the sensation of coolness through your nostrils as you inhale.

And the warmth of your breath as you exhale through the nose.

Now become aware of your breath into the belly as you inhale through your nose.

And exhaling,

Becoming aware of the softening of the body.

Allow yourself to melt just a little more.

Start to deepen your breath,

Feeling the belly expand and this time into the lungs.

And then exhaling the warmth of your breath Deepen the breath even more,

Feeling the belly expand upon inhale into the ribs and this time into the heart.

Feeling that breath rise all the way up through the body and then exhaling through the nose even longer,

Even smaller.

Reminding the body that it's time for pause,

Rest,

Digest,

Relaxation.

And with every exhale out,

Allowing the scalp to release,

The forehead to soften,

The eyebrows,

Allowing the jaw to soften,

The ears,

The neck,

Breathing into the belly,

Into the womb space,

A place of creation.

Feel your breath expand the body.

And exhaling out through the nose,

Nice long slow breath.

Relaxing the shoulders,

The arms,

All the way through the torso,

The belly,

The hips.

Taking a deep breath in.

This time feeling that breath expand the pelvic floor and into the womb space,

Into the belly,

All the way into the ribcage and the heart,

All the way up through the back of the throat,

All the way through the sinuses,

Crown of the head.

And then exhaling,

Softening just a little more,

Even longer,

Slower breath out.

Feeling the warm sensation of your air and if you haven't already,

I invite you to close your eyes gently and let go of any tension or stress.

Breathe deeply,

Inhaling your calming air.

Exhale slowly releasing worries and cares.

Feeling the whole lower half of the body completely relaxed,

All the way through the feet.

Come to that place of wild,

Childlike imagination.

Imagine yourself in a meadow,

Vibrant and green.

Where flowers sway gracefully,

A colorful scene.

Feel the softness of the grass beneath your feet.

As you embark on this poetic journey,

So sweet,

The sun shines down casting a warm golden hue.

Enveloping you in its radiant,

Comforting view.

Birds serenade you with their melodic song,

Filling the air with melodies that carry you along.

In this peaceful oasis,

Let your imagination soar.

Allow the beauty around you to open new doors.

Envision yourself as a bird,

Soaring high above,

Gliding effortlessly on the currents of love.

Fly through the sky with the wind as your guide,

Witnessing the world from a breathtaking height.

Feel the freedom and joy that fills your being,

As you explore the vastness all-seeing.

Descend gently to a tranquil,

Crystal clear lake,

Where the water sparkles like diamonds in the wake.

Step into the water,

Feeling its cool embrace,

As it cleanses your spirit,

Leaving no trace.

In the depths of the lake,

A treasure awaits,

A shimmering pearl radiating with mystical traits.

Reach out and claim this precious gift,

A symbol of wisdom and inner uplift.

Hold the pearl to your heart,

Feel its energy flow,

Infusing your being with a celestial glow.

Let its wisdom guide you in all that you do,

Inspiring creativity,

Intuition,

And truth.

Take a moment to express gratitude and reflect on the beauty you've experienced,

The peace you've met.

When you're ready,

Gently return to the present,

Carrying the serenity of this journey pleasant.
