In her classes, there is no “right” way to move-only your way. She sets aside traditional techniques and judgment, creating a welcoming space for movement as an exploration of feeling, flow, and self-expression. No experience is needed-just a willingness to move as yourself. Each class blends body movement exercises, yoga, Pilates, meditation, and dance to foster confidence, connection, and creative growth. Her teaching is guided by five core principles: Alignment: Focusing on natural posture and grounded strength to feel supported in the body. Harmony: Balance of strength and softness, energy and ease. Nature: Moving with your own rhythm and breath. Self-Expression: Freedom to improvise and express what’s true for you. Pureness: Simplicity, presence, and trust in your body’s wisdom. Together, these principles create a space where participants can connect deeply with themselves and celebrate their unique way of moving.
