Good afternoon or good evening.
Today I feel Sunday-ish.
And you know,
We start every little video with my feeling,
How I feel today.
Maybe it resonates with you in one way or another.
And let's see where we are guided today in terms of how can we accept this feeling and maybe how can we overcome this feeling to turn the day in the right direction where we want to be.
Or we stay in the feeling.
Whatever,
Let's see.
So,
Today I feel Sunday-ish.
It's a Sunday,
So maybe it is alright.
I feel a little bit between night and day.
So,
I don't know if you know this feeling when you are still in the morning,
Quite tired,
Sluggish,
Foggy in your head,
Where you are like transitioning from the night to the daytime.
And I think I'm not good in this transition phase.
I'm not someone who gets up and is like,
Right,
I embraced the day,
I'm super happy.
So I'm a bit like.
.
.
And sometimes I feel like today that I am in this feeling a little bit longer.
And so that means I feel tired,
I feel foggy in my head a bit,
Everything is slowed down.
And somehow I haven't found yet the switch on button to be like right,
And I embrace the day now and I'm the version I want to be.
Maybe it feels a little bit that I'm a version of mine,
Being tired,
Sunday-ish,
Foggy,
Slowly,
Maybe also a bit melancholic.
And I would like to change that.
I would like to be like,
Right,
Let's embrace the day,
Let's see what the day brings us.
And I'm not yet sure how we are going to change that.
But first of all,
I wanted to share this feeling with you,
This Sunday-ish feeling.
And I think maybe you know that,
Maybe you know that on Sundays it is also a feeling after holidays,
Where you had like best time of your life,
Great vacation,
And then you need to transition to going back to work,
Maybe.
It is always these phases from night to day,
From vacation to work,
From one place to another.
I think these transition phases are sometimes something we overlook a little bit.
And sometimes I think I have the expectation for myself that,
Right,
I switch on,
I'm transitioned and next move on.
But if I'm honest with myself,
I really need this time to transition.
And I think I'm not giving myself enough time to accept that,
Because I want to be.

.
One part of me thinks I need to be a machine and I need to function how society or the world or whatever or myself are expecting it.
So interesting observation.
So maybe you have the feeling as well where you notice that there is a transition time and where you might want to transition faster than you do.
And you don't give enough time for this feeling and emotion.
So today it's my Sunday-ish.
Maybe it's yours from night to day or day to night,
Same thing.
And let's see how we can turn that around.
So it's one thing to recognize it in our head that we are in this phase.
But what I usually do in these moments is I try to work with my body on that,
Because I can tell myself switch on,
Daytime mode,
Switch on,
You are now transitioned.
But it rarely works,
I have to say.
So I think we get moving now.
So what I would like to try is that we get a little bit into movement.
And let's imagine we have like two boxes here.
So this is the old phase,
The old state.
It's my night,
It's my Sunday-ish feeling.
And this is the box here,
Which is like the day,
The phase we want to be in.
This is my daytime,
This is your,
I don't know,
Whatever it is.
It's the next phase where you are.
And this in between is the transition time where we are right now.
So Sunday-ish feeling,
Positive day-ish feeling,
Night and day.
So let's put it like that.
And let's just move a little bit and express specifically this Sunday-ish feeling,
This feeling of like being tired,
A bit foggy,
A bit slow,
Not yet there where you want to be.
And just express it with your body.
Sometimes I feel like it is so much easier to accept things when we give them the room and the space for doing that.
So that means for me now embodying this feeling.
So I feel a bit tired,
Foggy.
You know when you lie in bed,
You usually are crawling in.
You are a bit more introvert,
You are a bit more closed in these feelings.
So try to experiment with this and bring this feeling really back,
Like bath in this,
Oh,
I'm foggy,
I'm tired,
I'm in this old phase where I want to get out but don't know yet how.
So let's really do that and be like,
Oh,
Night time.
And as I always say,
There is no right or wrong.
There is no performance needed.
I'm feeling right now that I really want to tension my upper body.
And being in this,
Oh,
A bit like a corset I'm in.
But also a bit like someone else is moving me.
It's not really me.
It's not really me.
I feel like a robot in a way.
And that is just a feeling of being Sunday-ish for me today,
Like very slow,
Very closed.
Right.
And then let's go to our other box.
And while we walk there,
Let's embrace how we would like the day to be.
And I would like to have the day bright,
Sparkles,
Inspiration,
Flow,
Easiness,
Lightness.
And you see,
By imagining it in my head and just trying to embody it in my body,
I already start to feeling it a little bit more.
So let's,
Whenever you,
Wherever transition you want to make,
Just embody and visualize which feeling you want to have.
So,
I don't know,
If you want to be in your work setup,
Be like the confident,
Strong person and walk it out.
If you want to be transitioned to night time,
Be like a bit more in this cozy,
Warm feeling.
Cuddle yourself.
If you want to be,
I don't know,
And I'm going out to town mode now,
Be like the crazy person you want to be.
Be funny,
Whatever.
So whatever you want to be right now,
When you want to arrive in your holiday mode,
Just be this person.
Visualize it in your head and your body.
So for me it is today,
I want this Sunday to be easy.
I want to see if I find some inspiration.
I want to love my beloved people.
I want to give,
I want to receive.
But I want to be like fresh.
I want to be alive.
I want to feel everything.
I want it to be easy today,
Playful.
So let's see how that plays out in my body.
And for you it's different.
There is again your own version,
So let's just try it out.
And I feel,
Yeah,
Playful.
I want to be playful.
And let's go for a moment back in the old phase.
Maybe you can still remember the feeling.
Night time.
Old phase.
More like tied in the body or whatever it was for you.
And go back to the feeling of whatever you want to be.
And spread it now in the whole room.
This feeling you want to be in.
And breathe in.
And breathe in and out in this feeling.
And enjoy it.
Beautiful.
And then slowly,
Slowly we find stillness again.
Our movements get smaller.
Still in the mood you want to be.
But we slowly,
Slowly take a seat again in your own tempo,
Rhythm.
I get my cushion.
And let's sit down.
And also we are in stillness.
Let's let this feeling of what we have just created still flow through our body.
So I don't want to be still right now.
My body wants to be a bit playful,
Joyful.
And immediately I feel like I'm sitting here in a different shape,
In a different state.
So I started with being in this Sunday-ish transition phase mode.
And now I feel like I'm in the phase,
In the state where I want to be.
And that teaches me again that usually it doesn't work in just switching on your mind and saying like,
I want to be in this mode,
In this phase.
Because body,
Mind and soul,
It all works together.
And your body is still in the old phase.
Your mind in a new phase.
So you need to invite your body to be also in this phase.
And you can do it so easily.
But first,
Just play it a little bit.
Maybe it doesn't feel right immediately.
But maybe you have recognized when you do it a little longer.
And you can do it as long as you want now.
Then your body is like,
Right,
This is good.
This is now in alignment with what my mind,
My rational mind says.
And we feel like in harmony.
And I think that is always so important.
Because I feel like the most struggle I'm having is when my mind tells me I should do this and that.
Or I should be like this and that.
But my body isn't.
So with this little exercise in creating these two spaces and really working with the old feeling and accepting it and embracing the new one,
I feel like I really get in harmony.
