Do you know that feeling of transition—between night and day, vacation and work, Sunday and Monday? That in-between space where something has ended but the new hasn't fully begun? This track explores exactly that feeling. Through voice and movement, we'll embody the old mindset or emotion, express it fully, then release what no longer serves. From there, we'll invite and embrace a new version of ourselves. You're invited to move your body however feels right.
