Welcome,
Everyone.
Today,
We move into creativity.
Don't be afraid.
Sometimes it's like,
Oh,
I need to be creative.
It's a process where you think it's super,
Super big.
We just intuitively bring our body to step a little bit out of the comfort zone to be a little bit creative.
We'll see how that goes.
So today.
We start in movement and in the end we will close the session with a bit body awareness,
Sensing,
So that we have a little bit of everything today.
Okay?
As always,
I'm just giving guidance,
Ideas,
Whatever feels right for you,
Just do it and follow with your intuition.
Good,
Today we're starting directly in getting in our feet.
So find yourself first maybe walking in the place you are in.
Let's familiarize ourselves.
How much space do we have?
Where are we right now?
And lets our feet discover the space.
And with every step you take.
You arrive a little bit more in the moment.
Take a few.
Seconds to arrive with every step you take in this moment.
Good.
And now also invite the rest of your body to follow the rhythm of your feet.
Bring awareness into your shoulders and your hips.
So that you get the connection feet.
Hips.
And shoulders.
And just see what is there right now.
Allow your hips and shoulder.
Also to find Movement.
Try to find the rhythm there Shoulders,
Hips,
Feet.
And let the rest of your body follow.
Let your arms follow.
Your head.
Just with whatever it is right now.
Give yourself permission.
To just move.
In the rhythm you feel is exactly the right thing.
In this moment.
Involve your hips.
Your shoulders.
Your neck,
Your head.
Cute!
And now for a moment find a standing position,
Your feet parallel.
Keep your body alive and active.
And keep this availability for movement.
Anytime when you want,
You can fall into movement again.
And this is exactly what I would like to do with you today.
When there is an impulse.
You start to move.
And you pause again.
There is a new impulse and you pause again.
And this impulse brings you in a completely new direction and you pause.
New direction and you pause.
Woo!
Imports!
You pause.
Impulse.
You pause and every impulse try to find a new direction try to find a new body part starting the movement and the rest follows and then pause for a moment reflect and a new impulse Let's try that together.
Allow yourself to pause after every impulse and allow yourself to feel a bit silly,
A bit stupid.
Just try now out.
How is it to step out of your comfort zone?
Do a step which is unusual and let your body follow.
And reflect.
So every impulse is coming from another body part,
In another direction.
You give the impulse a chance,
You pause,
You reflect.
And you wait for a new impulse to come with every different body part.
And just allow yourself to step out of your comfort zone,
Try something new.
Now is the time.
Give yourself time.
Every moment to pause again to reflect recalibrate and then Let another impulse come.
And every impulse follow with your whole body.
If it's just a small gesture,
You can still involve your whole body.
Try new impulses,
New ideas,
And I want you now to feel really a bit silly,
A bit stupid,
A bit awkward.
Just make fun out of it and try impulses out.
Ha!
Ha!
Allow yourself to be this child in you.
Which jumps.
.
.
Over the water and not thinking anything.
Wrong!
How can your bum move in which direction?
And then pause.
How can your left ear move?
An end for us.
Doesn't matter if the microphone falls off,
Keep going!
Every pause is a recalibration telling you you are safe,
You are okay and you can do the next impulse.
Allow yourself to be.
Giggly stupid!
Let the child in you out.
Be joyful,
Playful.
Good.
And then for a moment come with me back in a standing position.
Let's just recalibrate.
Give us stability.
Let our body reflect.
Then from here you fall back into movement.
How we started your own.
Gentle Rhythm Find it in your feet.
How this.
Shoulder.
Find your flow again.
Maybe you'll find new body parts.
Which gave an impulse.
Allow them.
To express and move.
Yeah.
And now keep your flow.
Keep all body parts active.
And now and then,
When you feel it,
Let an impulse come,
But now you are not pausing.
You allow that the impulse is being part of your flow and you keep going.
But use these impulses!
Whatever it is,
To guide you in you.
In new flows,
In new movements.
Take it gentle in your own rhythm.
Every now and then,
A new impulse.
And then return always back.
To your flow.
And when you feel ready.
.
.
Just invite.
A new impulse.
And bring it in your body and in your flow.
And allow yourself to take it gently.
Easy,
Good breathing.
And every now and then.
.
.
MOVE!
Give yourself a new impulse.
And integrate it in your flow.
Keep going.
And now your step.
The step out of your comfort zone.
New steps,
New ideas.
New impulses?
Vroom!
And now allow your body.
.
.
To really take this impulse.
And do something with it,
Something new,
Something unexpected.
Good.
Now come with me back slowly in a standing position.
Let's pause for a moment.
For a moment,
Close your eyes.
And just reflect.
On what you have felt right now.
How did it feel to experiment?
To try something out might feel a bit awkward in the beginning.
Just check in for a moment.
Now gently open your eyes again.
We're doing something similar.
You imagine you are a sculpture.
Whatever it is,
You are just for a few seconds in a sculpture.
And then this sculpture.
.
.
Is fading out and you pause again.
You are in a new Scotcher!
And you fade into movement and you pause.
So when you think of sculpture,
Think of something.
You have seen.
It can be whatever.
Which comes to your mind right now,
It can be a gesture.
Feel into this gesture,
Feel into this sculpture.
And then let your body follow.
Pause for a moment and you find a new.
Oof,
Scotch!
Imagine something is… putting you in this form.
It's not you,
It's someone else forming you.
What is your body taking out of that now?
And a new sculpture.
Don't think about it,
And if it's just standing on one leg.
This is a sculpture.
And from there allow your body to flow again.
Until you find a new sculpture.
Maybe one is on the floor.
Good.
And when you do a sculpture,
Do it with your whole body,
Your face,
Imagine,
Everything.
Is beautifully formed and expresses a form,
A sculpture.
And from there you fade out.
Until you find Something new.
And as I say,
It doesn't have to be something big,
It can be just.
.
.
I'm bringing you a flower,
This is a gesture,
This is a sculpture.
Or I'm.
.
.
Reaching to you.
And you fade out.
Allow yourself to find form sculptures.
And feel into them before you then.
Allow yourself to move again.
And when there is an impulse.
.
.
You'll find a new sculpture.
And every sculpture I want you to tune in to feel in it.
And then whatever it is.
Bring it in your movement.
Find a few more sculptures,
Forms.
Vroom!
Allow yourself that it feels awkward,
That it feels strange,
Something your body hasn't done for a while.
Imagine you are eating your foot.
And you freeze.
Also use your face to express the sculpture.
A few more.
We can now be.
Whoever we want to be.
And now.
.
.
Let go of sculptures and forms.
And go in your own movement flow.
And maybe you want to keep the information of this God just here and then.
And you want to bring them in your dance.
You're more than welcome.
Or if you want.
To bring back the impulses.
Now is a good time to bring it all in your flow.
I try not to say anything anymore for the next minutes.
Just try it out now.
To bring these qualities.
Of new forms.
Of new impulses.
In your own flow.
And let go more and more.
Of all judgment you might have.
And just enjoy the fun!
The experimentation.
Your own.
Create a flow today.
Good.
And then slowly You are fading out your movement.
Let it become a little smaller.
And you return.
Back to your standing position slowly.
In your own rhythm.
Keep the flow in your body,
Keep the texture.
But slowly,
Slowly return home now.
Mmm.
Find your feet again on the floor.
And if you feel comfortable,
Close your eyes with me.
Take a deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Breath out.
Two more in your rhythm.
Wow.
And now check in with your body.
How do you feel right now?
Was there anything you discovered?
In this session.
Which you found maybe interesting,
Different,
New.
Just reflect on that.
And keep it.
In your treasure box,
In your heart.
Maybe you have surprised yourself today.
We can always return back to our roots.
Safe space to our grounded feet,
We have stability,
We are safe.
And from there.
.
.
We cannot waste now and then.
Step out of your comfort zone.
Follow an impulse.
And return back if we want to.
And for the end of the session,
I would like to.
.
.
Feel in our whole bodies again.
Bring your sensation,
Your focus into your feet.
Feel.
How they ground you,
Gives you stability.
And send also your focus now to your hips.
Your pelvis.
And from there,
Feeling your shoulders.
They sit above your pelvis and the pelvis above your feet it's a beautiful line sense in your shoulders.
And sensing your head and your neck and your facial muscles.
And feel the long line from your feet,
From the ground,
Through your body,
Through your pelvis,
Through your shoulders,
Through your neck,
Your spine,
Up to the ceiling.
Without any tension,
You just feel this long,
Beautiful line.
Mmmmm.
And to end the session.
You take in your own rhythm a deep inhale through the nose again.
Exhale,
Breath out,
Big sigh.
And when you are ready gently open your eyes again.
Welcome back!
