Welcome to this Healing Meditation for Grief. In this session, you can show up exactly as you do. Give yourself the time and space to feel whatever emotions, sensations, or tension you have been feeling. You will be guided through a compassionate journey through the different layers of your being, mind, and heart. In this place, you are given the opportunity to hold yourself with whatever is passing through you. As we allow ourselves to feel, we can open ourselves up to healing on all levels. We will also use our conscious breath to release any thoughts and feelings that have been weighing down on us. Be gentle with yourself as you experience the process of grief. You are loved.
