Reboot your Nervous System combines the power of long, slow, deep breaths with the soothing energy of hands-on healing. This 7-min meditation will help you to reconnect with your inner self and experience deep relaxation and balance when you have several minutes. You will be encouraged to take deep breaths into your belly followed by a short body scan to notice which areas of the body need your attention. With this awareness of how your body is feeling you will place your hands onto that area of the body and send healing energy there. The warmth of your hands plus the flow of prana/life force will allow for your nervous system to come back into balance. Welcome to this Reboost Your Nervous System meditation.

This track offers you a quiet and calm place for you to reboot your nervous system and re-energize in a few minutes.

Find a comfortable position,

Either lying down or sitting.

Begin to sense the earth underneath your body and take a few deep breaths into your belly center.

With each deep breath,

Expand your belly.

And with each deep breath out,

Feel your belly soften and relax back down.

Breathing in and out,

Expanding your abdomen,

And feel a release as you breathe out.

Begin now to notice how the body's feeling.

You can scan your body from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet,

Moving from your head down into your eyes,

Your cheekbones and jaw,

Your throat,

All sides of the neck.

Feel your arm bones,

Your hands,

Your chest and belly,

Your thighs,

Buttocks,

Legs,

Feet.

Notice how the body is feeling today and set the intention to allow yourself to recharge your energy by breathing slowly and deeply,

By continuing to relax your body with each breath out.

And then I invite you to take your hands in front of your heart in a prayer position and place your hands over whichever part of the body you noticed needed more attention.

Wherever you felt sensation,

Place your hands over that part of your body and take several deep breaths,

Breathing in life force with the breath in,

Down through your crown,

Down into your lower belly.

And as you breathe out,

Visualize this breath flowing back up the body into the heart,

Out through the arms and into the hands.

Sending life force into this part of your body with your breath,

With your energy,

With your hands and take several rounds of breath,

Breathing light energy down from the crown,

Into your lower belly.

Let the breath flow back up and out through the arms,

Through the hands,

Into your body,

Rebooting your nervous system with some gentle hands-on healing.

Keep breathing life force down from the crown,

Expanding more light,

Entering the body with each breath in and with each breath out.

Sending that breath back up the body into the heart space from your heart space.

It flows out through your arms into that part of your body and rest there for another minute,

Feeling the calm,

Warmth,

Compassion of your hands resting on your body,

The light flooding in to every cell of the body.

And you can stay in this relaxed position as long as you like,

Filling your own cup,

Rebooting your nervous system.

When you're ready to return to your day,

You'll deepen your breath.

Take a few deep releasing breaths in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Wiggle your toes and your fingers and return to your day feeling renewed and recharged with life force energy.
