Reboot your Nervous System combines the power of long, slow, deep breaths with the soothing energy of hands-on healing. This 7-min meditation will help you to reconnect with your inner self and experience deep relaxation and balance when you have several minutes. You will be encouraged to take deep breaths into your belly followed by a short body scan to notice which areas of the body need your attention. With this awareness of how your body is feeling you will place your hands onto that area of the body and send healing energy there. The warmth of your hands plus the flow of prana/life force will allow for your nervous system to come back into balance.
