This is a short guided meditation to fill yourself up with love,
Joy,
Happiness,
With whatever you feel like you need.
So I'm going to ask you to sit down in a very comfortable position and just close your eyes right where you are.
Take a moment to just breathe.
Breathe as if you would normally do.
Take a moment to breathe in and out and gently become aware of your breathing.
Now that you have become aware,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Feel the air as it fills up every part of your body and breathe out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your nose,
Feel the air as it fills up your lungs and breathe out through your mouth.
Take a moment to be with yourselves,
Be with your body,
Gently feel how your body just reacts to your breathing,
To your awareness.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Now place your hand on your stomach and feel how your belly feels.
