Getting mad is absolutely normal.
Not agreeing with someone is okay too.
We are all different.
We are all different people if we like it or not.
That's the truth.
Everyone has lived through very different experiences that just changed them and made them believe something that is okay.
Just because you see that the grass is green doesn't mean that everyone has to see the same.
And once we learn that we will find the secret of life.
And the secret of life is understanding that everyone has different opinions.
It's understanding that it's okay to believe something that not everyone believes it.
But the most important thing is to respect.
So don't get mad when someone doesn't agree with you or don't get mad when something doesn't go your way.
Or just kidding,
You can get mad and it's absolutely normal to get mad.
But if you keep getting mad at the same thing without observing because that's what mindfulness is all about.
It's about observing.
Observing why you got mad.
Observing why you reacted the way you reacted.
If you hit the door and broke,
Why did you do it?
Mindfulness is about observing yourself.
Observing why you got mad.
Usually it's because things didn't go our way.
Because we tried to control our lives at 100% and that's absolutely impossible.
So the next time you get mad,
Observe yourself.
Is it because someone is thinking something else?
Someone believes in something I don't believe or nobody believes me?
Or I had a meeting at 5 and there was so much traffic.
I ended up getting there at 6 and I got upset.
Well,
Observe yourself.
Get to the root of your anger.
Get to the root of your stress.
So today I'm going to kindly ask you to connect with yourselves and think of one thing that you got angry about.
Think of one thing.
And I know that if you're listening to this at night,
You must have gotten mad at something or if you're listening to this in the morning,
Something that you got mad about yesterday.
But think about one thing that just infuriated you and just close your eyes and take a moment to focus on your breathing.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
One more time,
Become aware of your breathing,
Feel the air coming into your nose and feel the air as you breathe out.
Just breathe.
And remember that one time that you got upset?
What happened?
What did you do?
How did you react?
Remember,
Don't get mad again because when you're in meditation,
You're observing yourself as if you were somebody else,
As if you were an outsider.
Observe yourself.
Why did you get mad?
What did you do?
Is it okay what you did?
Did you say the right things?
Did you do the right thing?
So why did you get mad?
Somebody was late,
Let's say.
Keep thinking.
Why does it bother you if somebody's late?
Always keep thinking.
It's never the right,
The first answer.
Because I was late,
Keep thinking.
Why does that bother you?
Because I got into an accident,
Okay?
Why did that bother you?
Always keep thinking.
Ask yourself why.
Observe yourselves.
Why did you get mad?
Do you like the way you reacted?
Now did you let go of the situation?
Did you let go of the situation that caused you anger?
If you didn't,
It's time to take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out and say I.
Do it as many times as you need to feel that you have let go.
Now take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
Remember that when you are observing yourself,
I don't know is that an answer.
Ask yourselves and keep thinking.
Keep digging till you say I finally found the reason.
Get to know yourself.
If you need any help,
You can always contact me.
Sending you so much love and so much light.
Namaste.
