In the Anchoring in Oneself meditation I will guide you to stabilize your energy and awaken to the stillness within you. Often different energies pull us outside of ourselves and we feel split or ungrounded. This practice is foundational as it will help you teach your mind and energy how to be fully present in the here and now.

Welcome to your pure meditation practice.

Please take few moments to settle in your seat.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Close your eyes.

Give yourself few moments to arrive in your meditative presence,

Anchoring in oneself.

Begin by letting your eyes rest.

Find the spot right between your eyebrows.

Relax this area of your forehead,

Allowing your brain to rest to the back of the head.

Your face may let go of any expression,

Release muscle tension,

And find complete neutrality and relaxation.

Now bring your awareness to the borders of your body,

And start noticing if you are in the body.

Allow subtle sensations to start reveal themselves as you begin to awaken to your own presence in this moment.

Begin to collect yourself piece by piece from all over your life,

Returning your precious energy,

Your precious attention into this moment,

Into this body.

Allow your focus to come back and anchor right in the space behind your eyes,

So you begin to be fully aware that you are in the center of your head.

Now gently move down towards your heart,

And allow the sense of your presence anchor in your heart,

Your chest area.

If you feel like you can place your hand in the center of your chest,

And help yourself to return here,

In this place,

To arrive fully and completely in your heart.

You may gently move down towards your belly,

And place your hand in the center of your belly,

And bring into this place all of yourself.

Bring into this space the sense of your absolute presence.

Feel yourself right in your gut,

And when you feel anchored in your belly,

Let your presence flow down into the base of your body,

Into your sit bones,

Into your feet.

Allowing your full conscious awareness to stabilize,

To ground you in this body,

In this present moment.

Be firm,

Be grounded,

Be stable,

Fully anchored,

Here and now,

In this body.

Now,

I invite you to take three deep,

Cleansing breaths,

And release on the exhale everything that is keeping you out of your body.

Breathe out everything that is keeping you ungrounded.

Now,

I invite you to gently connect four points of your conscious presence together in one.

Allow your base,

Your feet,

And your sit bones to connect to the area of your belly.

Link these two points of your presence together.

And now,

Link these two points with your heart center.

So,

Three become one.

And finally,

Bring together all four points of your conscious presence,

Your base,

Your belly,

Your heart,

And the center of your forehead.

And allow four conscious points of presence to become one.

Now,

Allow all of yourself to become one point of anchored presence and attention.

And ground yourself right in this moment,

Fully anchored in this body.
