De-Stress with this 28-minute guided meditation, which focuses the mind, & settles the body. This meditation gently guides you through the first 6 anchors, to rest the attention on, while meditating, (Posture, Breath, the Body, Sensations, Sounds & Thoughts). (Stage 1 + 2 and 3) This is a gentle meditation, which helps us practice noticing the mind's habit of chattering / wandering off, & builds our capacity to shift our attention back to the present moment. Excellent training meditation for MBSR.
