Yoga nidra is a practice of yogic sleep that will guide you to a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping, where you are awake listening to the sound of my voice, yet completely relaxed and drifting away. To amplify the effects of this meditation, before you start, I recommend you lay down, make yourself extremely comfortable and before you hit play, take 5 deep belly breaths (inhale for a count of 5, exhale for a count of 5).
