Full Bodied Chakra Opening - Just The Crystal Bowls

This meditation provides a full-bodied chakra opening using all 7 of the crystal bowls. If you have listened to episodes 1 and 2 you will be familiar with these 7 crystal bowls and each of the energetic centres (chakras) they speak to. This mediation uses all 7 crystal bowls allowing you to simply lull away into the melodic sounds of the bowls, giving you the opportunity to surrender into a restorative state where you can truly absorb and connect with the power of their vibrational resonance.

Hello and welcome to Sound Healing Meditations with Kate from True Sound. This is a guided meditation podcast that uses the magic of sound healing to help you reconnect with your body's natural vibrational resonance. My name is Kate and I'm excited to guide you on your meditation journey today. So go ahead and make sure you're comfortable preferably in a lying down position covered in a blanket and an eye mask either using headphones or a good quality speaker and enjoy your next few minutes of solitude. Today's meditation focuses on a full body chakra opening as I play through each of the seven crystal bowls in front of me. Make sure that you are lying down in a comfortable position and let yourself slowly surrender to the awakening resonance of the bowls. Slowly bring your awareness back to your physical form. Just keeping your eyes closed. Start to deepen your breath and make small movements wiggling your fingers and your toes and rolling the wrists and the ankles. I'm just pausing for a moment before opening your eyes and in your mind's eye bow your head to your heart's center and acknowledge and embrace your abundant vibrational being that gives you your magnetic life force. It was perfect sound healing meditation. For me , I started to concentrate on my chakras for below to high but... I was stuck in my solar plexus... I could not high up energy to my heart chakra. Even i could not imagine anything green. So you helped me to see that my Anahata is closed. :-(
