So just allow yourself to come into your space.

Start by taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Exhale out of the mouth,

And another deep breath in,

Let it all go,

Closing down the mouth,

Letting the breath soften,

Just allowing yourself to rest down on the mat beneath you,

Just bringing your awareness into the room,

Allowing yourself to be here and now.

Slowly bring your awareness back into the room,

Allowing yourself to be here and now.

Bring your awareness back to your physical form.

Start to deepen your breath.

Reconnect with the space around you.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Exhale out of the mouth.

Start to encourage some movement back into the body,

Wiggling the fingers,

The toes,

Just starting to move the face,

The jaw,

The body as you lie on the floor.

Invite a deeper breath in now,

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale.

And as you're ready,

You can slowly start to move to a seated position.
