Let's build your mindfulness muscle! In this meditation, I will guide you to listen to external sounds in such a way that it opens up the door for you to travel inwards, into yourself. Once you are aware of what the external sounds are, then you can distinguish them from your internal sounds, ie those occurring inside your physical and energetic body, being the sacred inner music that is unique to each individual - the tune of your true self and higher purpose.
