Whatever drew you here today to listen to this meditation,

I just want to say thank you.

Thank you for taking this time for yourself.

Because if we all learn to take better care of ourselves,

We are creating a better world.

So thank you.

I invite you to get comfortable,

Whatever that means for you.

This meditation will be best done lying down,

But really your comfort is of most importance.

And as you find yourself comfortable,

I invite you to allow things to get a little bit heavy.

Allowing your bones to feel heavy.

Allowing yourself to sink in just a little bit more.

To become a little bit more present.

And to take just a moment here to come into agreement with yourself.

That you've decided to take this time for yourself.

So you might as well be fully here,

Fully present.

So just do that now.

And know that the thoughts will creep in,

But all you have to do is acknowledge them.

And let them drift away.

Allowing your bones to become heavy.

Heavy sinking toward the earth.

Allow the bones.

Heavy.

And know once again that your only job here right now is to breathe and just follow along and notice as I bring different awarenesses into your field of consciousness.

So once again,

Allow the bones to become heavy.

Notice sounds that are far,

Far away from you.

Reach for the sound that is the furthest away.

Notice sounds within the room that you're in.

Look for sounds that are a little bit closer.

Notice sounds within the body.

Can you hear the heartbeat?

The stomach digest?

What can you hear within the body?

Notice your ears hearing.

And with your next exhale,

Just releasing it all.

And allowing any sounds to become part of the meditation rather than distracting you from it.

Notice your nose.

Right nostril,

Left nostril.

Both together.

Feel the breath at the nostril.

Notice the air cool on the inhale.

Warm on the exhale.

Notice the eyes.

Allow the eyes to become heavy in the sockets.

Notice where the eyelids touch.

Notice each and every eyelash.

Notice the mouth.

Feel the inside of the mouth.

Notice where the lips touch.

Notice the sense of taste in the mouth.

Notice your entire head,

Forehead,

Cheeks,

Jaw.

Notice the entire head.

Notice your collarbones.

Right collarbone.

Right shoulder.

Back of the arm.

Front of the arm.

Elbow.

Top of the hand.

Palm of the hand.

Notice the left collarbone.

Notice both arms.

Notice your chest.

Ribs.

Notice the belly as it rises and falls with the breath.

Notice your pelvis.

Hips.

Notice the right hip.

Thigh.

Knee.

Lower leg.

Ankle.

Shift your awareness into your front body.

Notice your front body.

Shift your awareness into the right side of your body.

Feel only your right side.

And shift your awareness into your left side.

Feel only your left side.

Feel the whole of the body together.

The whole of the body together.

The whole of the body together.

Notice the mind.

What thoughts are creeping in.

Whatever shows up.

Give it a little attention.

And let it drift away.

Notice the heart.

How is your emotional self doing today?

Wherever you're at,

I invite you to send yourself a little extra love.

Compassion.

Grace for your story.

And just tell yourself,

You're okay.

You are doing the absolute best that you can.

And you deserve compassion,

Grace,

And love.

And are so worthy of all of that.

Notice your soul.

What is your soul yearning for today?

What are your soul's desires?

What do you wish to call into your life?

Love.

Joy.

Calm.

Peace.

What is it?

I invite you to take whatever comes up.

Without overthinking it.

And just think about merging it with your heart space.

Planting a little seed in that heart knowing that you can call in all of those things and more for yourself.

You deserve to live a life full of love,

Joy,

Peace,

And ultimately freedom.

Once again,

Tell yourself you're going to be okay.

You're doing the absolute best that you can.

And you're ready to call forth more goodness.

And now,

Meet back with your breath.

Noticing its rhythm and pace.

And I invite you now to just slow that breath down.

Maybe inhaling to a count of four,

Five,

Or six.

Exhaling to that same count.

Just allowing the breath to become steady and even.

And if it feels right to you,

With each exhale,

Releasing more and more of what is not serving you in this life.

And with each inhale,

Calling in more of what you want.

Breathe here for now.

I'll call you back when it's time.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

I invite you to continue to breathe here if it feels right for you.

Just continuing that breath.

Being in the body.

Or if it's time for you to step out into your day.

Just taking some time to slowly awaken.

And know that it's time for you to step out into more.

More love.

More joy.

More peace.

More freedom.

Whatever your heart and soul desire.
