Although Trista keeps very busy with her inclusive yoga studio in Edmonton, AB what she is most passionate about is writing. Writing meditations, musings and creating content for women’s circles and retreats that she leads. Trista’s most recent trainings include a training in grief and loss, Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitation and Kundalini yoga. She is also a Meditation and Yoga instructor and Reiki Master.
