Good morning,
Trish Everett here with a process to help you set your day up so you have full access to your own inner power.
So let's start with breath.
As you breathe in,
Deeply feel the air as it comes in.
And as it goes out,
Feel the power of the air to give you the life to give you breath.
Feel it as it comes in and goes out.
Feel now,
Move your attention to the ground below you.
The beautiful land that supports you,
That supports us all.
The ground that holds us and send out if you're willing a pulse of honouring and respect to the First Nations people who have held that land and held it well,
Held it deeply.
Coming back to your body,
Put your attention towards noticing and noticing with an energy of awe and of wonder.
What is it like?
What does it feel like to be you this morning?
Temperature,
Sensation.
Look at it all with this energy of wonder and awe.
What is it like to be in your skin this morning?
What do your feet feel like?
Your legs?
Your lower body?
Your upper body?
Your arms?
Your head?
Your mind?
What is the shape of your mind this morning?
What is it like to be you?
And what is it like to be you with the energy of wonder and of awe?
Now notice where in your body you feel strong.
Where is that sense of power and strength that is yours?
That is you.
Where is that sense of strength of mind?
Really feel your strength,
Your power and your courage.
As you bring your attention to your heart,
Feel the courage that lies there.
And for a moment,
Take in all of you and know and feel,
Deeply feel the power you have,
The strength you have for this day.
Now with your attention back on your heart,
Feel it up with joy,
The feeling of love,
Compassion,
Kindness,
Happiness.
Pour all of these emotions,
These feelings into your heart and let it grow and expand.
Maybe easy for you to feel this.
Maybe you see it as a beautiful colour,
A beautiful image.
Maybe you hear it as a beautiful song.
Feeling your heart up with love and with joy.
And when it's almost full to bursting,
Let that feeling expand that into the whole of your body,
To the whole of your torso,
Through your limbs,
Into your head and your mind,
Filling you up with that feeling of joy,
Of love.
You may even like to share this round by thinking of people you want to send out a pulse of joy to,
A pulse of love,
A pulse of kindness.
People you care deeply for.
People who give to you.
Animals,
They can get some too.
People who might need a bit of joy and kindness and send them out of birth too.
You may even wish to send out a burst of kindness,
Of compassion to people who are currently challenging in your life.
Come back to yourself and take a moment to focus on how it feels to be you when you are full of love and joy.
When you know where your strength and your courage is.
We now have some time for you to create a vision for your day or some space for you to look for some deep inner knowing.
