Welcome Trish Everett here with a short process to help you lift your vibe up so that you can make more amazing things happen and attract them to you.

Alright let's start with breath.

As you breathe in,

Feel the air as it comes into your lungs and as you exhale feel it as it goes out.

Breathing in with a sense of awe for being alive,

For having this breath and exhale out and releasing all the worries and the stresses letting them go.

Breathing in with awe for the moment that is right now that you get to live and exhaling out all of those to do's and the things and the things and the things.

Breathing in,

Awe,

Alive,

Amazingness,

Exhaling out,

Stress,

Heavy,

Blur.

One more time,

Breathing in with awe of being you,

Of being alive and exhaling out all the blah blah blah blah blah.

Okay take a moment to scan over your body and just feel into what it feels like to be you,

To be you right here right now.

What are the sensations,

What are the feelings and watch over your whole body with again an energy of wonder and awe.

How amazing and when I say amazing I mean how full up with amazement is it to be you.

How awesome,

How much awe can you hold for who it is to be you.

Okay and bringing our attention to heart space yes that beautiful heart that place where we can just tip in buckets of joy pour it in buckets and buckets of joy.

Now to get to these buckets you might need to think of people that you love,

Animals you love,

Places that you love,

Things that you love.

If that is what you need to do to fill up your heart with joy that's great bring them in.

If just thinking words like joy,

Love,

Kindness,

Appreciation,

Awe,

Plentiful,

Honoring,

Alive,

Love,

Compassion.

That fills your heart up with joy let's do that let's bring words in think of words that are full of the energy of joy and love.

Let's visualize,

Visualize can be awesome as well and when I say awesome I mean full of awe.

So it might be a flame that gets bigger a flower that blooms could be a bucket that just keeps being filled up and filled up with joy of gold and joy and gold like at the end of a rainbow.

Beauty joy amazement be just a feeling you could be filling up your self you could be filling up your heart filling up your being with feeling joyful feeling love love love love filling up yes we feel pretty good now.

All right let's expand it out let's fill up the room overflowing pouring that love putting that joy over into the room filling it up we are absolutely amazing full of amazement full of joy joyful alive powerful creators.

If you've had your eyes closed for this process you can start opening them up rolling your shoulders feeling a bit of movement feel how amazing it is to move your amazing supportive body.

And step forward step forward with joy.
