Welcome to this session that is all about celebrating your winds.
I'm Trisha Frett and we'll start with breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Keep focusing on your breath and see if you can split your attention between your breath and me telling you about winning.
We are all doing things to win all the time and this process is about celebrating them.
Celebrating all those little steps that are part of walking the path of your heart.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
So what we're going to do is I want you to allow your eyes to close and I want you to think about what winds you've achieved.
Might be in the last hour,
Half hour,
The last day,
The last week,
You set the frame.
Let's celebrate.
Celebrate each of them.
So in your mind's eye I want you to see things that you've got done,
Things you've ticked off your to-do list.
Things that have been a step towards walking the path of your heart,
A step towards creating change,
To supporting,
To helping and making your vision come to be.
You are a powerful creator.
Let's celebrate those winds as you see each one.
And a pulse of joy,
Of appreciation,
Of honouring of yourself for you,
For doing that,
For creating that,
For making that happen.
Maybe we need to shout it from the top of a cliff in your mind's eye.
Have a little dance or a big dance.
Celebrate yourself for making these things happen.
You're a powerful creator.
Celebrate these winds.
Fill your heart up with the joy,
With the honouring for you,
For what you've accomplished,
For what you've done.
Now if there's a little niggling,
Well I've done that but I haven't,
But I haven't,
But I haven't.
I want you to shake them off.
Shake them off.
Let them fall onto a to-do list that you'll celebrate another day,
But right now we're celebrating what you have been able to do.
Now if what you have been able to do was to create something that wasn't on your list or to rest or to go slowly or to gather yourself and your thoughts,
I want you to see the power in whatever action you have done,
The power in resting,
The power in playing,
The power in letting your focus drift and collect ideas,
The power in whatever you have done.
I want you to see the beauty in it,
What that has brought to you,
What it has created for you.
Come back to breath.
Come back to your body,
Come back to the here and now with a sense of gratitude for what you have done.
Feel your clothes,
Feel your feet,
Feel the air around you and when you are ready,
Open your eyes,
Come back into the room.
