When you've had a bad day filled with negativity,
The people around you seemingly negative,
Complaining,
Moaning,
Feeling sorry for themselves in one way or another.
Unwillingly you take this powerful negative energy on board.
It becomes stuck to your aura and invades your mind.
You don't enjoy feeling this way and you want all that negativity to leave you and positivity to take its place.
But how?
Your mind keeps going back to the negative energy so powerfully stuck to you,
The more you focus on it the more angry,
Frustrated and moody you feel.
It's quite amazing how you can be pulled into these feelings,
How strong their connection is,
But like tar and feathers they can be hard to pull away from.
But with the focus upon you more positive words,
Your mind will feel cleansed and refreshed as we focus alphabetically on each word and its meaning.
So make yourself comfortable as we begin by relaxing the body.
Take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out and another breath in and slowly breathe out.
Your body is relaxing as you breathe in your own rhythm.
Bring your focus to your feet and allow them to relax.
Now focus on your legs and allow them to relax.
Turn your focus to your buttocks and belly and allow them to relax.
Now focus on your chest.
Notice how it moves with your gentle breaths.
Move your focus to your arms and allow them to relax.
Now focus on your hands and allow them to relax.
Finally focus on your head,
Neck and shoulders and allow them to relax.
With your whole body relaxed let's fill your mind with positivity as we work through the alphabet using words to uplift you and encourage confidence.
