My name is Jacqueline and I am going to take you on a sleep journey where I will leave you to enjoy a tranquil night's sleep.
Tonight is special,
A night arranged to meet your loved one who has passed over.
You know you can contact your loved one anytime you want but this way is special and the connection sometimes stronger.
So if you are ready let's get started.
Settle into your most comfortable sleep position as you snuggle into your bed.
Move your body until you feel really comfy.
Pull the covers around you and enjoy their protection and warmth.
Now take a breath as deep as you like and as you exhale gently close your eyes,
Breathe in and slowly breathe out.
Again breathe in and release as you feel your body starting to relax.
Now as you breathe allow the breaths to be a little longer than normal.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Now breathe in your own rhythm as you allow yourself to totally relax.
Allow your forehead to relax,
Allow your eyes to relax,
Allow your cheeks to relax,
Allow your jaw to relax.
Now allow your head to relax into your pillow.
Enjoy the comfort it brings as you feel yourself relaxing deeper and deeper.
Now allow your whole body to relax as peace and stillness begin to take over.
As you've been relaxing your loved one has been moving closer to you.
Their energy is warm and inviting as they begin to connect with you.
Thoughts of them may already be coming into your mind.
This is one way they connect with you.
Know that this is them connecting with you.
Ask a question,
Now allow their reply to come.
Their message will come as a thought in your mind.
As words fill your head know that this is how they are communicating with you.
Your loved one wants to take you to a special place.
This may be a place you used to visit together,
It may be a place they loved or it may just be a new place,
A place of peacefulness.
You arrive at the special place and you see your loved one sitting on a bench waiting for you.
Seeing them makes you smile and feel warm inside.
They appear so alive,
So happy.
Here you can touch them,
Feel them as you remember doing when they were with you on the earth plane.
This is something you have longed to do ever since they passed.
Take a moment to enjoy this time with them.
Their love surrounds you,
Their words warm you,
Their presence calms you.
Now you sit together on the bench.
Spend this time asking the questions which have been on your mind.
If you have no questions just enjoy this time together and allow your loved one to speak to you,
To share with you the things they know you want to hear.
It's time to part but remember you can come back together whenever you need to.
This time has been precious and so special.
The conversation you have shared has warmed your heart and the memories which have come to mind have been memories you will always treasure.
Moments like this can be relived over and over again.
Moments like this will always be cherished deep within you.
Your loved one moves away to allow sleep to come in.
As the image in front of you fades you still feel the warmth of their energy around you.
A feeling that you know will never leave you.
A feeling of support and love whenever you need it.
The time you spent with your loved one has warmed your heart.
You now feel so peaceful and relaxed as you realize you are tucked up in your bed.
Your mind is becoming sleepy as it relaxes along with your body.
So relaxed.
Sleep is coming and you welcome it.
You've enjoyed being with your loved one.
The time was precious and you know you can return to this meditation any night and be with them again.
You're nearly ready for sleep.
You are so relaxed.
You feel so comfortable.
A blanket of peace envelops you and you feel more and more relaxed.
You are ready to sleep.
You feel tranquil.
You feel calm.
You feel relaxed.
You feel sleepy.
Your mind begins to close down and allow sleep to take over.
You feel so peaceful.
You feel so sleepy.
You are more relaxed than you have ever been.
And sleep is so close.
Darkness covers you and peacefulness fills your heart.
You are ready and you fall into a deep,
