Hello,
My name is Jacqueline and welcome to my Affirmations to Boost Self-Esteem.
When we experience low self-esteem,
Often our thoughts are not facts,
But because of things others have said to us,
Or what we think of ourselves because of their words.
Using affirmations can be a useful tool and one which can boost our self-esteem.
Let's prepare.
Allow yourself to relax in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
Hold and release.
And another deep breath in.
Hold and release.
Now breathe in your own rhythm as we begin.
In your mind,
Repeat after me.
Changing my mind is a strength,
Not a weakness.
Every decision I make is right for me.
When I forgive myself,
I free myself.
My life is not a race nor a competition.
I release the fears which do not serve me.
I have everything I need to succeed.
I control how I respond to other people's words.
I breathe in healing and I exhale burdens.
I embrace change and am excited for what it brings.
I nourish myself with kind words.
I leave room in my life for new opportunities.
I am supported by those who love me.
I am more than myself.
Circumstances dictate.
I am valued and helpful.
I am allowed to ask for what I want and what I need.
I am growing at my own pace.
I am allowed to feel good.
I am worthy of investing in myself.
I am doing the work that works for me.
I am in charge of how I feel and I do.
I choose to feel happy.
I am always listening and open to the messages the universe has to offer.
I breathe in trust and I exhale doubt.
I do all things in love.
I grow towards my ideas and dreams like a plant reaching for the sun.
I invite abundance into my life.
Every day is an opportunity to grow and learn.
I am grateful for all that I have and all that is yet to come.
I look forward to each day and the opportunities that await me.
I love myself and I believe in myself.
Now with your mind cleansed and filled with positivity your self-esteem has been boosted and you have a feeling of inspired creativity.
