Sometimes we can be in situations,
Sometimes,
Sometimes things happen to us and we get scared or we feel really embarrassed or really ashamed of ourselves.
It's normal that these horrible things happen to us at some time or other in our life.
We all go through this.
When this happens to us,
The part of us that got scared stayed there in the place where it happened and we keep on moving forward in our life but that little part has stayed behind.
This is why each time we think of that horrible thing or moment,
The thing that happened to us,
We really feel like it's happening to us all over again.
It's like our body feels like we've gone right back to that place again and we have exactly the same feelings we had at the very moment that it happened.
That's because we left that little part of us behind.
So in order to heal from this experience,
We need to go back and find that part of us that was left behind and bring them into our present moment so they too can feel safe and loved and they don't have to feel scared or embarrassed or ashamed anymore.
First of all,
What we're going to do is make sure that you feel safe in this very moment right now.
So what I'd like you to do is think of three things or people that make you feel safe and loved.
Maybe it's one or both of your parents or a grandparent or a family member,
Maybe a trusted adult or a teacher or you may also like to think about something that you like to do a lot like jump on the trampoline or ride a bike or something like that.
It might be a pet.
It could be anything.
I'll give you a moment to think of three things or people that make you feel safe and loved and bring a sense of happiness and joy into your life.
Now that you have your three things,
Line them up behind you.
You see them there behind you and you can feel them there behind your back and they're nice and close to you.
If you're sitting in a chair you can lean back against the chair and the strength of the back of the chair,
The support that that chair gives you,
That's like them holding you and making you feel safe and supported.
What we're doing here is we're giving you resources.
These resources you can set up at any time behind you.
Every single day you can do this if you like so that every day you feel safe and loved no matter what happens around you.
Now that you have your resources lined up behind you we are going to find that part of you that was left behind or the parts of you that were left behind.
Staying in this present moment where you are safe with your resources behind you,
Go back in your mind to the place where you felt scared or embarrassed.
You can do this with your eyes opened or your eyes closed,
Whatever makes you feel safe.
See the part of yourself that you left behind.
Go up to that part and say hello,
I didn't realise I'd left you behind.
I'm sorry about that.
You must have been scared here all alone.
Well I'm here now and you belong with me.
You will never feel alone again.
I love you.
They turn to look at you and they are smiling.
They are so happy that you came and found them and they look at you with so much love in their eyes.
They say thank you so much,
I love you too and they step forward to hug you.
As you hug them they melt into your body like a cloud coming into you.
As they melt into you,
You feel whole and really good in your body.
You feel safe and loved and grounded.
Now that you've brought them back into your body,
You see a beautiful big cloud up above you.
In this cloud there is so much white light and it flows down into your body and you fill up with so much light that you burst into a big ball of white light.
Now take a step forward into your future as this beautiful big ball of white light and as you do,
Any dense or dark energy that you've been holding or the little one who's been holding all the scaredness,
All the shame,
All of those dense dark energies get left behind and you see them float up to the sky and they are turned back into love energy by the source.
Now you can think about the thing that happened to you without having all those scary feelings happen again because you know that all parts of you are with you now and nobody's left and no part of you has been left behind.
This way we can remember things that happened as a not a nice event but we don't go through the big feelings that we had at the time.
This is something that you can do anytime you felt scared or embarrassed or alone.
You can repeat this over and over until you've found all of the parts of yourself that you left behind.
Things can be scary when you're a kid and this can happen lots and it's wonderful that you're doing this now when you're a child so that you don't have to do it when you become an adult.
I'm so proud of you.
I'm so proud of you and what you've achieved during this healing and I truly hope that you're proud of yourself as well.
Know that you are so special and you have come to earth to do something that only you can do.
The world is a much better place with you in it.

This can also happen when you've had an accident of some kind.
When you've hurt yourself,
You've fallen over.
We can often leave parts of ourselves behind anytime you've had some kind of big shock in your life.
