You you you Hello,

Just making sure that you're ready turning off the Distractions of the modern world and making sure that you've got this moment for yourself just letting go of All the practicals of everyday life the stresses and the worries just coming back to the gift of being Breathing in deeply into the diaphragm into the abdomen area Deep full breath and just open up Open up the chest open up the body so that you receive The sense of being present here in this beautiful moment as you breathe deep into your body Then as you breathe out Letting go It's okay to let go there's no need to contract or hold on to the stress of yesterday or the stress of today Just let it go as you breathe out Sometimes It helps to be aware and conscious that you can open your body up so as you breathe in Stern them out face facing forwards so you can see the tip of your nostrils and Then just breathing in open breath Shoulders relaxed open full breath down into the diaphragm And breathing out letting go It's important that your posture is Supporting this I'm open to a new experience.

I'm open opening myself up to this beautiful moment I don't need to hold that old Experience that old habit that all hold on to that old Experience or habit or thought process or feeling process can let it go But the posture helps you Bodies the temple so make sure you're open shoulder blades relaxed Closer to one another sternum out Body just open mind And feelings connecting to the energy around you so your mind and feelings connecting to the potential now as you open up the potential of just being present to the gifts and to the energy that Moves you beyond the old and helps you to see the gifts here present in the new Deep breath Remember to observe the energy Within the energy there is a multi-dimensionality And within this multi-dimensionality There is an awareness a subtle awareness It's almost like a light in the space that is around you And it's extremely flexible flows moves from one dimension to another And one gets fixated on thoughts or feelings and we contract into a very linear experience of reality It's important to be aware of the spaciousness So even if it's real your stress is real your thinking process your feeling process is contracted and real That's one dimension Step into the space And be the light within that space Sense the flexibility the flow the movement the Elevated state that allows you to be very detached and neutral Don't try to fix things.

Don't try to sort things out and Make sure that they're okay.

Just be with Be in this flow Be present in this flow Don't ask questions or conceptualize Your experience just still the mind and be aware of this beautiful light the multi-dimensionality within this beautiful space allows you to experience the lightness of being Deep breath It's important that the body still is open and receptive if you scrunch or fear the world or Pull back from the intensity of experience and your body just contracts Then you remain in this linear dimension because you affirm within your being that this That is painful this that is Tiring you out that is Depleting your energy.

This is more real than the multi-dimensionality of being so pull the air into your diaphragm Open the body exhale even if needed exhale through the mouth and Let go Don't try to force the light to be present in any way just be the light be the luminosity of this beautiful spaciousness Allow the light to circulate in a multi-dimensional Sort of way so it's almost as if You don't need to fixate your attention here or there or anywhere.

You're just aware You're just the awareness And Awareness isn't limited to a space or a dimension Awareness is the infinity that you see around you the beautiful space the universe It's infinite It's almost like being in a dream as you relax your body as you relax your mind as you relax your emotions And as you relax your focus just float into this sense of Elevation that allows you to let go of that The lower aspects of thinking the lower aspects of feeling that hold you back and to see beyond To look at the light within the inner light That is guiding you into this beautiful expansive space Keep your eyes closed Just imagine this inner light if you don't feel this inside of you imagine sense What it's like to breathe in and to expand to elevate to let go Deep breath As you imagine focus focus Between the two eyes that focus on the point between the two eyes just this point that is called the third eye and Breathe into this point as you relax and let go Focus bring the attention to the space between the two eyes the Beautiful point that is almost like a third eye Look there deeply from a very Congenative creative perspective so visualize the beautiful light you don't sense this if you don't feel this and open up Know that you are part of the universe part of this beautiful infinite Creative force that is now manifesting as a sense of flow within you Notice this flow has a beautiful light shining guiding you guiding you back to this elevated state of awareness Deep breath breathing in Breathing out you may even want to breathe in the light Sense your body relaxing and becoming more light more luminous More conscious This expansive sense of luminosity light It's very often called Buddha consciousness or Christ consciousness.

It's a warm Consciousness that helps you to just relax into this moment as you contemplate and affirm the luminosity within This higher self if you wish This deeper aspect of your being Your heart just relaxes Your mind just relaxes the light guides you it's important to trust As you visualize the luminosity as you visualize this light,

It's important to trust the depth that it brings you back to Even if there is a feeling there That is unknown to you.

That is a mystery to you to just trust as you elevate let go of the mundane of this linear dimension of experience The creative allows you to see things from a very sacred and powerful perspective from a very deep and And Connecting perspective that allows you to just step outside of the old to step outside of The part of your being that just wants to bring you back to that experience that your mind is comfortable with Want to be inspired by the light you want to expand into the light To move with the flow want to just Connect to the more creative within you This can be done very easily as you relax the mind and release those thoughts Let them go Just allow yourself to breathe deeply Relax the body open up the chest breathe deeply As you breathe out Let go let go deep breath Let things go As you let them go All those entanglements and confusions are put aside Find yourself just still What is known as the monkey mind just relaxing a little bit more No longer disturbed by the many things that can create Just a lot of tension.

There's no need to hold on to this Let it go Release Release the old release that which creates stress Relax the mind Deep breath There is only consciousness In the end the manifestation of everything Is an aspect of consciousness as we transform consciousness in this way trusting being guided by the light And everything changes body consciousness consciousness of how we feel the consciousness of how we think the very consciousness that creates this dimension of reality begins to change Come back home to the possibility the potential That's what it means to be a mystic Allow for consciousness to guide you Whatever you call consciousness the consciousness of higher self,

Christ consciousness,

Buddha consciousness consciousness guides you Especially important to relax the breath To make sure that you're breathing in your lungs your abdomen breathing in this beautiful light Being guided feels like you're sinking deeper,

But actually you're expanding and elevating Deep breath Deep breath As you breathe in and breathe out Be aware of how rhythmical the breath is When relaxed You let go of the stress and the worries that the mind attaches itself to The breath just naturally relaxes into a very different rhythm Notice take a few moments to notice this rhythm As you notice this rhythm Create an intention for today to breathe rhythmically To relax the breath so if you get disturbed by a situation to come back to this gentle rhythmical breath Breathing deeper into the abdomen Open chest sternum out Proud and courageous Breathing in deep breath Creating a rhythm flow within your breath that helps you to relax into that next moment Whatever comes your way The breath,

The flow of your breath continues to be relaxed and connected to consciousness You take a little bit of practice it's easy to lose oneself in whatever experience that is happening Just come back to the breath every time you remember come back to this beautiful rhythm Relaxing letting go Breathing deeper Oxygenating your body being guided by the light being guided by consciousness Take a moment to just integrate this intention deep deep within And know with this intention that everything will support you to continue taking those steps Within all that you're experiencing within everything that is happening your life journey and your spiritual practice little steps one at a time and everything just flows Everything becomes rhythmical everything becomes this beautiful flow of movement guiding you So that you can continue enjoying your day Thank you Thank you Thank you
