It is such a wonderful gift to be able to see the world through the eyes of the world. Just sit here, Breathe deeply. Let go of whatever it is that is weighing you down. Other people's emotions, Your thoughts, Your feelings, Situations. Just let go. As you breathe out, Notice that there is an expansion inwards. You can let go of your attachments to that which is in the material world. You are focusing on the inner light which is guiding you. As you breathe in, You are saying yes. You are opening up, Expanding into the universe. As you breathe in, The new vitality that you are breathing into your body is affirming, Is creating a mantra, A prayer that is sent out as a resonance throughout the space around you, Throughout the cosmos around you. And that resonance calls a deeper part of your being to awaken to the real that is within you. As you continue doing this, One breath at a time, There is a level of consciousness that helps you with your mystical temperament, With your meditational practice, To come back to this state of balance where the language that you are communicating to the cosmos is one of meaning and love rather than the worries and the tensions that the mind and then all aspects of ourselves so very easily get caught up within here in this earthly dimension.
