Wow! I loved that. I shall be returning to your Ideas again but for today and the near future I shall focus on Listening. My tendency towards social anxiety makes me babble to fill any gaps - it’s only later that I realise I wasn’t listening. Thank you Tony, you’re an inspiration. 🙏🏽
