One soul’s presence makes a difference-This We Know. After having you do the Zoom with my workplace, a brand new Senior Living Community, has a new regular Tom Evans meditator on Insight Timer. Her smile was dimming, her energy was waiting. She announces to others that she has been meditating every morning ! Age 85!
Introducing you through my yoga classes and you agreeing to give of yourself via Zoom brought new life into individual souls, across the pond, their lives in this new Community. We are all connected, This We Know.

What a beautiful reminder that we are not only connected to all around us, but also through time to all that came before, who’s imagination and creativity has allowed us to enjoy today’s way of life.
