Welcome to a group field experience.
Meditation that is intended to create a sense of belonging,
Sense of self that goes beyond one individual and spreads to the entire group,
To everyone that meditates here.
And to begin with,
Make sure that you feel comfortable.
You will be a part of a bigger circle,
But your individual well-being is as important as the well-being of every single person in this group.
Recognize that what you do to yourself,
To your personal well-being in this meditation,
It has a ripple effect to affect everybody in this group.
Know that your intention is clear,
Your intention is towards your health and well-being.
We anticipate,
With each passing breath,
Feeling more and more connected,
Feel more and more belonging.
So right now,
I invite you to connect with the natural rhythm of your breath.
If you feel cold for it,
Take one or a few deeper breaths that will connect you with your interoception,
With your inner senses,
And see if you can shift that natural breath towards your heart,
Organ that does not only is responsible for your circulation,
But in a significant way creates an electromagnetic field that spreads outside of your physical body and allow you the connection with others here and now,
Connecting all of us together beyond time and space.
And once you establish this connection with your breath through your heart,
See if you can add an extra level of coherence by breathing in and out to the rhythm of the music that you are hearing now.
As music goes up,
And long out-breaths through your mouth as the music waves down,
Deeper in-breaths and very slow out-breaths,
Synchronizing with the music and simultaneously connecting with all of us here.
Remember,
I am here by your side to support you on this path,
To hold the space,
And I'll do everything in my power to make this experience as beneficial as possible to you and all of us here.
And I let you practice now on your own,
But together,
And I bring you back when the time is up.
And now,
It is time to come back to your natural breath.
Recognize that you just experienced power of co-regulation through collective experience and recognize your wonderful contribution to your own well-being as well as the well-being of others who gathered here to be together,
To breathe together,
To experience sense of connection and belonging.
And the way you feel in this very moment is indeed a result of so many around you that with a pure intention came here and co-created this space of belonging.

Simply save the progress by taking one deep cleansing breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
