Hello and welcome.
Thank you for taking your time to meditate with me.
This is a short meditation to bring you home,
To reconnect you with your true self and show you that you are always loved,
Always worthy and always enough.
Begin by making yourself comfortable.
Sit with your back straight,
Upright.
Put your feet on the floor,
Your hands in your lap.
Allow your eyes to close.
Together let us take a couple of deeper,
Conscious breaths,
Breathing in through your nose deeply and exhaling through your mouth.
In.
And out.
In and out.
In and out.
Breathe normally and relax.
Notice the relaxation that comes to you.
You are safe and you are protected.
Notice how you feel right now.
Regardless of your circumstances,
I have three things to say to you.
You are loved.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
Regardless of your inner dialogue,
You are loved,
You are worthy and you are enough.
Regardless of what others say,
You are loved,
You are worthy,
You are enough.
Regardless of what your inner critic tells you,
You are loved,
You are worthy,
You are enough.
Regardless of your profession,
You are loved,
You are worthy,
You are enough.
Regardless of your financial status,
You are loved,
You are worthy,
You are enough.
Regardless of the thoughts that come to your mind,
You are loved,
You are worthy,
You are enough.
Regardless of where you live and what you do,
You are loved,
You are worthy,
You are enough.
Regardless of your health,
You are loved,
You are worthy,
You are enough.
Regardless of what others say,
You are loved,
You are worthy,
You are enough.
Regardless of what you think and what you feel right now,
You are loved,
You are worthy,
You are enough.
And now,
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Say it to yourself.
I am loved,
I am worthy,
I am enough.
And if thoughts come to tell you otherwise,
Say it to yourself.
I am loved,
I am worthy,
I am enough.
Now in the quietness of your own heart,
Whisper those three affirmations to yourself.
I am loved,
I am worthy,
I am enough.
Continue with those affirmations as I hold the space for you.
I am loved,
I am worthy,
I am enough.
And now it's time to return.
Slowly,
Bring yourself back.
With softness and gentleness,
Recognize sounds around you.
Notice your feet resting on the floor,
Your hands in your lap.
Notice all the sensations in your body.
Slowly and gently wiggle your toes,
Move your fingers,
Tilt your head to the left,
Tilt your head to the right,
Bring back to the center and take one more deep cleansing breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes and welcome back.
