Thank you for joining me for this guided meditation on setting intentions for the day.

Begin by finding a comfortable and quiet space and sit or lie down in a relaxed position.

The only thing that matters here is to ensure that your back is straight and that your hands are resting comfortably.

If you're comfortable,

Gently close your eyes and let's begin by bringing awareness to your breath.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly,

Allowing any tension in your body to melt away with each breath.

Inhaling calm and exhaling tension.

Allow the soothing rhythm of your breath to bring you into this present moment.

Now turn your attention inward and notice any sensations in your body.

If there's any tightness or discomfort,

Simply acknowledge it without judgment and just let it go with your next exhale.

Shifting your awareness to your emotions.

How are you feeling right now?

Without trying to change anything,

Simply observe and notice the emotions that might be present.

Are there any thoughts or feelings of lingering in the background?

If so,

Just take a moment and acknowledge them.

As you continue to breathe,

Recognize that you are not your emotions.

You are simply the observer.

Emotions come and go like passing clouds and you have the power to choose how you respond to them.

Now let's transition to setting a positive intention for the day.

Picture in your mind the day ahead of you,

Envisioning the activities and interactions and challenges that may come your way.

Repeat silently or aloud after me.

I am ready to embrace this day with an open heart and a clear mind.

I am capable of facing any challenges that may arise and I choose to respond with patience and understanding.

My actions today will be guided by love and positivity.

Now imagine a bright light surrounding you and this is where all of your positive energy and intentions are.

This light is a shield of positivity and with each breath that you take it grows stronger and more vibrant.

Begin to imagine yourself walking through your day with a strong vibrant positivity.

Envision yourself moving with purpose and mindfulness and see yourself accomplishing tasks with ease,

Communicating with kindness,

And facing challenges with resilience.

Now picture yourself at the end of the day and as you continue to breathe let each inhale fill you with the energy of the positivity,

The good intentions,

And the outcomes for that day.

With each exhale release any lingering doubts or negativity.

Try not to judge the fact that you have the negativity or doubts.

Just try to release them.

With each breath you are creating a harmonious balance within yourself.

Now slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath and when you are ready open your eyes.

You can carry this positive intention that you set with you throughout the day.

Remember that you have the power to shape your experiences and respond to challenges with grace and purpose.

You've got this.

Thank you for joining me for this meditation and may your day be filled with positivity,

Mindfulness,

And purpose.
