Hello and welcome and thank you for joining me for this healing heart meditation.
Let's find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and begin to settle into your space.
Take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Letting go of any tension or stress with each exhale.
Take a deep breath in and imagine you're drawing in a cleansing,
Healing light from the ground surface.
This light fills your lungs and spreads throughout your body.
Exhale and release any tension,
Any stress or negativity.
Continue to breathe deeply,
Visualizing this light grounding you,
Connecting you to the earth beneath you.
Feel the support of the ground,
The stability it provides.
With each inhale,
Draw in more of this cleansing light and with each exhale,
Let go of anything that no longer serves you.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center.
Visualize a bright,
Green light glowing softly in this area.
This is your heart chakra,
The center of love,
Compassion and forgiveness.
As you breathe in,
Imagine this green light growing brighter and more vibrant,
Filling your entire chest with warmth and healing energy.
With each inhale,
Draw in more and more of this healing light and with each exhale,
Release any pain,
Any hurt or heaviness from your heart.
Begin to focus on forgiveness.
Think of anyone who has hurt you or caused you pain.
Visualize their face and as you breathe in,
Send them the healing green light from your heart.
And as you exhale,
Release any resentment or anger you may be holding onto.
Repeat this process with anyone else who comes to mind,
Including yourself.
Let's take a few moments and a few breaths to move through this.
Forgive yourself for any mistakes or regrets.
Allow yourself to let go of the protective wall you've built around your heart.
Understand that while this wall was meant to protect you,
It also blocks out love and connection.
With each breath,
Allow the wall to dissolve brick by brick,
Replaced by a strong,
Yet open heart.
Now imagine your heart,
Your heart chakra,
As a beautiful,
Radiant,
Green,
Glowing beacon,
Open and receptive to love.
Feel the love from the universe flowing into your heart,
Filling you with warmth,
Compassion,
And peace.
And know that you are safe,
Protected,
And open to giving and receiving.
With each inhale,
Draw in love and healing,
And with each exhale,
Let go of any remaining blockages or fears.
Feel your heart expanding with each breath,
Becoming this beacon of love and light.
Let's come to a close by taking a few more deep breaths.
Feeling the healing light continue to cleanse and rejuvenate your heart chakra.
When you're ready,
Bring your awareness back to your body.
Taking one final deep inhale,
Drawing in as much cleansing light as you can,
And then as you exhale completely,
Releasing any last remnants of tension or negativity.
Now place your hands over your heart,
Feeling its warmth and strength.
Take a moment to express gratitude for the healing you've experienced and for the love that surrounds you,
And know that you can return to this place of healing and love whenever you need.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Bringing this sense of peace,
Healing,
And openness with you as you return to your day.
But before you go,
