Hello and welcome.

Thank you for joining me for this meditation.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Letting your belly rise,

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

Feel the tension leaving your body with each breath you take.

Let your shoulders drop down,

Your jaw soften,

Your hands relax.

Breathe deeply and slowly,

Feeling your body grow lighter and more at ease.

Now,

I want you to imagine yourself standing at a crossroad.

One path is filled with obligations and all the weights of the shoulds.

The other path glimmers with light,

Laughter,

And colorful opportunities.

This is the path of saying yes to joy.

Step onto this path with curiosity.

Picture yourself surrounded by playful energy,

People laughing,

Your favorite music playing,

And there's beauty all around you.

Notice how good it feels to smile and let go and just lean into the moment.

As you're walking along,

You see a door ahead of you.

It's painted with vibrant colors and it has the word yes written on it with big letters.

Place your hand on the handle and open the door.

On the other side,

I want you to visualize yourself doing something that brings you pure joy,

Your favorite thing.

You're laughing with loved ones,

You're savoring your favorite treats.

Feel the lightness and the freedom of giving yourself permission to just enjoy life fully.

As you stand in this joyful space,

Repeat to yourself,

I trust myself to say yes to what brings me joy.

Repeat after me,

I welcome ease into my life.

Let these affirmations settle deep into your heart.

Feel the truth of it expanding like a warm light filling your entire being.

It just feels good to follow the joy.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose,

Holding at the top.

Imagine yourself carrying this playful,

Joyful energy back into your daily life.

I want you to know that it is your choice.

You can return to this feeling any time you want.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Moving around a little bit,

Bringing awareness to your physical body.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Refreshed and ready to say yes to all of life's joys.

Take this playful energy with you as you go about your day,

Allowing yourself to find small moments to laugh,

Explore,

And embrace the beauty of simply being.
