Hello and welcome.

My name is Tina Stinson and I want to thank you for joining me in this meditation discovering your life purpose.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Gently close your eyes.

Let's take a few deep breaths.

Inhale through your nose,

Filling your lungs,

Filling your belly.

Hold at the top for a moment.

Exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or stress.

Take another deep breath in.

Fill your belly.

Hold at the top.

As you exhale,

Release all those tense parts of your body.

Release your jaw.

Release your shoulders.

Let them sink down.

Release your belly.

Now I want you to visualize the presence of your soul behind your mind eye,

Looking out into your inner landscape.

Feel the presence of your true self,

The part of you that is connected to the universe that holds all the wisdom of your life's purpose.

Take a moment to sit here and honor yourself for showing up for this practice today.

Recognize the importance of taking this time to explore your true calling and align with your highest potential.

Let's take another deep breath in.

Fill your belly.

Expand,

Filling your chest.

Hold at the top.

Now exhale through your mouth,

Relaxing.

I want you to gently tune into yourself and ask the question,

If I knew everything that was good for me,

That would create fulfillment in my life,

What would be my true purpose?

Allow this question to sink into your being,

Trusting that the answer will arise naturally.

Let's sit in silence for a few moments,

Allowing your mind to quiet and your intuition to speak.

Let go of any expectations or judgments,

Simply allowing whatever comes to mind to surface.

As any thoughts or feelings arise,

Observe them with curiosity and openness.

Don't try to adjust or manipulate what is showing up.

Instead,

I want you to accept and embrace the message that is coming through.

Let's take one final deep breath in,

Expanding your belly,

Your chest,

Holding the breath at the top.

As you exhale,

Release this truth into the universe.

Feel a sense of lightness and clarity as you let go of any doubts or uncertainties.

Slowly begin to open your eyes,

Returning to the present moment,

And as you do,

Grab a pen and paper and start to write out the purpose that came up for you during this meditation.

Trust in the wisdom of your inner guidance and know that you are on the path to living a life aligned with your true calling.

Take a moment to express gratitude for this experience and for the clarity that you've gained and carry this sense of purpose and fulfillment with you as you continue your journey forward.
