My name is Tina Stinson and I would like to thank you for joining me for this visualization meditation.
To begin,
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling the belly,
Filling the chest and then hold at the top for a moment and then exhale through the mouth and start to allow yourself to relax.
Take another deep breath in through the nose,
Hold at the top and then as you exhale through your mouth,
Let your jaw relax,
Let your shoulders just drop away from your ears,
Allow your body to relax even deeper.
Take another deep breath in,
Hold at the top and then exhale through the mouth,
Trying to exhale a little bit longer than the inhale.
One more deep breath in through the nose,
Make this your deepest breath yet.
Hold at the top and then exhale through the mouth,
Relaxing even deeper.
Now let's begin to get grounded in this moment.
I want you to imagine roots extending from your feet going deep into the earth,
Anchoring you to a sense of stability and support.
Focus on this connection,
Let it be a source of strength and support.
Let's begin to picture our ideal day where every action that you're doing,
Every moment of the day aligns with your deeper purpose and joy.
So start to imagine and visualize yourself.
What are you doing?
Who are you with?
Even go into what are you wearing?
What does it smell like?
What are you surrounded by?
Are you in the mountains?
Are you on the beach?
How do you feel?
Let yourself fully experience this vision with all your senses,
Noticing the details,
The colors,
The emotions that it evokes.
I'll give you a moment to feel into that.
Now repeat after me.
I take aligned steps towards my true path.
Feel into the power of this affirmation.
For today,
I want you to identify one small action that you can take to align with your vision,
Your passions,
Your joy,
Everything that you want to bring into your life.
Visualize yourself completing this action with intention and clarity.
Let's take one more deep breath in through the nose to seal this practice.
Breathing in,
Filling the belly,
Filling the chest,
Hold at the top,
And exhale through the mouth.
Do this practice every morning to keep yourself aligned to your dreams,
Your goals,
And your intentions.
