Privat praktiziert er tibetisch-buddhistische Meditation und Zen Meditation. Thomas has been meditating for 15 years and became a Tai Chi teacher in 2006. He is a certified Search Inside Yourself teacher, trainer, coach, agile coach, organizational developer and mediator. With a professional IT background, he combines SIY training, adaptive resilience, agile coaching and business coaching to bring positive things to the world. In private he practices Tibetan Buddhist Meditation and Zen Meditation.
