Take a moment to settle back into you.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Slowly sipping in all the air you can,
Pausing at the top and then softly letting it go.
Taking two more times,
Just taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Feeling your breath fill your torso,
Expanding,
Pause and sweetly,
Fully release the breath,
Let it go.
A final time,
Deeply inhaling through the nose,
Filling your belly and pause,
Linger,
And let it go.
Let your breath flow,
Breathing deeply and fully.
Feel your feet on the ground,
Solid,
Firm,
Connected,
Aware of how they are alive with energy and feel your hands resting still,
Alive with energy.
In your last few moments here,
Just breathing aware that you too are alive,
Breathing,
Flowing,
Moving through you in all moments.
Settle back into you to help you stay connected to yourself as you do healing work with others.
